Snooki and her fiancé Jionni LaValle took their son Lorenzo, 1, to the New York zoo to look at some animals. For some reason the Jersey Shore couple looks really good, but extremely short in this photo. Snooki is 4’8” and Jionni is around 5’3” so they are a good match. But will Lorenzo be tiny too?

There’s something about men who wear lifts in their shoes that tickles our fancy. Simon Cowell wanted to make sure that nobody could see what kind of heels he was wearing for his show Britain’s Got Talent auditions, so he let down the hem of his jeans. The raggedy hem dragged on the ground but did successfully cover the built up heels on his shoes. But not EVERYBODY was fooled!
We never thought about how SHORT Al Pacino is until we saw him standing next to a parking meter! His 8 year old son Anton will soon be catching up to him. Anton and his twin sister Olivia are Al’s kids with his former girlfriend Beverly D’Angelo of Entourage. Al recently finished filming “You Don’t Know Jack” – the life story of assisted suicide advocate Jack Kevorkian for HBO, and we can’t wait to see it.

We knew Salma Hayek was tiny, but she REALLY looks petite in the photo taken when she appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live. Salma is wearing eight inch sky high platform heels and she’s STILL the shortest one by FAR in the picture! No matter- she married well (billionaire Francois-Henri Pinault) so she’ll never have to worry about her lack of height, or much of anything else for that matter.

Tom Cruise is starting to look short – EVEN next to his two and a half year old daughter Suri. (If, indeed, that is her age.) In this photo she looks quite tall, in fact over half his size. Soon she won’t be so easy to carry.

Eva Longoria Parker looks sweet walking out of Barneys and we’re amazed that she maneuvers so gracefully in those noteworthy sky high wedgie shoes. They’re about the same height as the clear lucite stripper shoes that Shauna Sand wears, but a whole lot more subtle. Eva never stumbles and these are at least six inches high.

We love this photo of Isla fisher and Hugh Dancy filming “Confessions of a Shopaholic” at a chilly New York location. They were being filmed from the waist up, having a conversation, so you can see what goes on out of camera range. Isla was cold so they wrapped a white puffy coat around her legs. And she’s WAY shorter than Hugh, so she’s also standing on a box. (That could be the same box Tom Cruise uses in his movies.)
