LEWIS HAMILTON WORRIES ABOUT THE PLANET

Formula One racing champion Lewis Hamilton is a huge celebrity in the UK, and in one way, he’s a bit like our Leonardo DiCaprio. Lewis proudly announced that he’s been vegan for several years – doesn’t eat meat or fish to protect the environment. He points out the cows have a shockingly negative effect on the atmosphere. Does he think about how much pollution is caused by all the races he partakes in? Worst of all, Lewis admits that sometimes he flies his dog ALONE back and forth from his Malibu home to his UK home in his PRIVATE JET.

Polluter Queen Latifah What do you think of that

Latifah: Littered

In 2004 pedestrians in West Hollywood couldn’t help but admire the shiny black vintage Mustang parked on La Peer Street off Santa Monica blvd. A closer look revealed the souped-up muscle car was occupied by Queen Latifah, who was nonchalantly cleaning out her car by tossing bits of paper, food wrappers etc out the window and into the street. Eyes popped, but no one had the nerve to complain. HARDLY Queenlike behavior!

TOM AND KATIE: NO PRYING EYES

Nobody can accuse Tom Cruise of being an environmental fanatic. Not only does he not drive a hybrid car, but he and Katie arrived at the Mentor LA awards chauffeured in a huge black Suburban. The unique part was the fact that it was curtained in the middle so the driver couldn’t see the passengers.
