Mickey Rourke’s face has gone through a lot of changes and his hair has too, but this is the first time we’ve seen him in a full wig! Hopefully it’s just a flight of fancy and not a permanent “improvement.” It looks way too fake to be used in a movie on a big screen, so we’re guessing he’s experimenting with his looks. Again.

Mickey Rourke is a close runner-up to Dog the Bounty Hunter for Worst Dressed of the week. He paired a skin tight unzipped hoodie with camouflage pants, a knit beany, and a Vuitton belt to match his Vuitton man-purse for a dinner at Craig’s restaurant. Of course, it’s Mickey’s face that is always noteworthy and ever-changing. Whether the nose bandage is the result of cosmetic surgery is not known. Despite his eccentricities, he has managed to keep his Russian model girlfriend since 2009 and he has several movies coming out this year.

It seems like every time we see Mickey Rourke, he looks like an entirely different person, except for his clothing style. The cowboy boots and Vuitton handbag look familiar, but from the neck up we wouldn’t recognize Mickey. Is it boxing, plastic surgery, dental work? The face never stops changing. Even his hair is different. He was photographed at an Ultimate Fighting Championship event at the Staples Center.

Okay, we admit we’re a tiny bit obsessed with Mickey Rourke’s ever-evolving looks. Sometimes we compare him to a male version of Donatella Versace, and other times he is right on the edge of cool. He looks like he’s been around the block more than a few times, thanks to a combination of boxing and plastic surgery. One thing, – he’s never boring. Mickey Rourke, 61, has managed to keep his Russian model girlfriend Anastassija Makarenko, 27, interested for FOUR years now, in spite of their age difference. They met at a photo shoot and both live in New York. Mickey gave his sweetheart a Pomeranian and now and then, takes her jewelry shopping. He gushes “I wouldn’t trade her for 20 Academy Awards!” Above, they arrived at the LA premier of Mickey’s movie “Sin City: A Dame to Kill For.”

We had no idea that the new movie about French politician Dominique Strauss Kahn and the New York hotel maid who accused him of assault, was X rated! That’s how Roger Friedman of Showbiz411 described ”Welcome to New York” after a screening in Cannes. He said the first fifteen minutes of the movie are shocking – it features the corpulent French actor Gerard Depardieu STARK NAKED in a revolting series of orgies. His character doesn’t have the same NAME as DSK, but everyone knows who it’s based on, and DSK is looking to sue. He is portrayed as a sex fiend without a conscience. Roger praised Jacqueline Bisset as DSK’s long suffering wealthy wife. Roger was especially amused to see Mickey Rourke in the audience. And Mickey looks pretty good – check out his shoes…

Mickey Rourke just got a fresh tattoo at Mark Mahoney’s Shamrock Social Club on Sunset. (Tattoo artist Mahoney has a role in the new movie “Blood Ties” with Clive Owen) Mickey’s got a big hole in his army pants but seems okay with it. Rourke just finished starring as a hit-man who develops a conscience in “Skin Traffik,” with Daryl Hannah and Eric Roberts, his costars in 1984 in “The Pope Of Greenwich Village.” Thirty years ago!

We’ve watched Mickey Rourke go through some changes through the years, but he’s come a LONG way since he first appeared as the sexy guy in “Diner” in 1982. Plastic surgery, bulking up in the gym, and a generally indulgent lifestyle have altered his looks considerably. Mickey’s problem was that he got cut-rate or free plastic surgery from a doctor friend a few years back, and went way too far. This recent photo of him is radically different than how he looked when he appeared in The Wrestler in 2008. His facial features are very different.

Leave it to Mickey Rourke to come up with a fool-proof way to keep from losing his passport or credit cards no matter how hard he parties in the UK. He’s wearing a little purse around his neck.
