Not only is Katy Perry wearing something Lady Gaga would love, but she’s got her FACE! You don’t usually see Katy in a deliberately unflattering outfit like Gaga, but she topped her with this one. The beehive hair is startling, but to be honest, Amy Winehouse did it better. Her ensemble DOES reflect the theme of the party: Fashion in the age of Technology – but it’s easy to see why she didn’t bring a boyfriend.

Blue skies and fluffy clouds are pleasant, but not necessarily flattering. Katy Perry’s cutout jumpsuit looks less like heaven, and more like something a Beverly Hills housewife would wear as a pool coverup in Miami. It’s just not cool or clever for Coachella. She’s a shapely girl, but this ill-chosen garment makes her look matronly. The Minnie Mouse hair makes up for a LOT, and the shoes are fun. Maybe it’s a good thing her boyfriend Orlando Bloom is not around today.

Katy Perry donned her handmade “HILLARY CLINTON IS A BAD ASS” t –shirt to entertain at a Hillary Clinton fundraiser at Radio City Music Hall in New York. Katy, 31, is a huge supporter of Cinton, but she’s almost APOLOGETIC about it. She waffles “I’m not voting for her because she’s a woman, I’m voting for her because she’s the right person for the job.” We wonder why Katy (and many women her age) are reluctant to declare they are feminists and want to elect the first female president. (Fear of disapproval?) Being qualified and being a woman are TWO good reasons to vote for Hillary. Being female will be an ASSET for our next president.

It’s odd that whimsical designer Jeremy Scott created such simple and classic ‘his and hers’ formal wear for himself and his muse Katy Perry for the premier of his documentary: “Jeremy Scott: The Peoples Designer.” Currently the Creative Director for Moschino, Jeremy has always been SO imaginative that average people have trouble working up the courage to wear his creative clothes. He livened up his own outfit by omitting the shirt. Of course, that meant he had to suck in his stomach all evening. The doc looks like an American success story- a small town boy from Missouri with lots of ambition grew up to be a celebrity designer. Good things DO happen.

Katy Perry must be EMBARRASSED to be seen with John Mayer because she’s hiding her face – and that’s odd behavior for her. Katy is usually very perky and friendly with the paparazzi. This is her third time around with John – they started dating in 2012 and keep going back and forth. Hiding your face isn’t making things look any better Katy!

Photoshop is certainly the miracle of the decade. Only photoshop could make Madonna, 55, and Katy Perry, 29, look the SAME AGE in this Steven Klein shot for V Magazine. Arianne Phillips did a brilliant job on the 1940’s naughty pinup styling. We especially love the runs in Madonna’s silky black stocking. Madonna often uses a cigarette to give herself a harder edge.
Fake Rolex watches have been around for a long time so we were surprised to hear that John Mayer was suckered into buying a large number of them – and he’s not happy about it. Mayer bought vintage designer watches from a shifty friend of Charlie Sheen named Robert Maron – for bargain prices. (Always be suspicious when someone offers to sell you a Rolex at a discount price!) Mayer enjoyed giving them as gifts to his numerous girlfriends, including Jessica Simpson and Jennifer Aniston. They were impressed by his generosity! The watches turned out to be fake and Mayer is suing Maron. We’re betting his most recent ex, Katie Perry, is taking a close look at all the jewelry he gave her .…

Katy Perry and John Mayer are trying to show us how much they have in common. Their fans – and the general public – have plenty of doubts about them as a compatible couple. Katy’s religious family and John ’s penchant for jumping from woman to woman might cause alarm bells to go off in some romances. But right now they seem to be in love and posed for this photo (by fashion photographer Mario Sorrenti) for the single they recorded together called “Who You Love.”
Katy Perry is hitting all the top shows during Fashion Week in Paris and Chanel loves to have pop stars seated in the front row. We’re not so crazy about her outfit, however, it’s rather dowdy. In fact, it looks like she might have hired Kim Kardashian’s stylist.

Ever since we read about Katy Perry’s new gated compound in Richard Mineards’ column in the Montecito Journal, we’ve been puzzled by her property choice. “California Gurl” Katy bought the 4 acre property on Mulholland Drive from Aileen Getty for 11.5 million dollars. The land has TWO very different houses. One is a 3000 square foot mid-century modern home with walls of glass, and the other house is quite the opposite- a 3900 sq ft Spanish style house. The huge property has two pools and two guest houses. The question is: Which house will Katy live in? And who will occupy the other one? Hmmmm…
