And he’s not badmouthing Jesse James. Presumably he and Sandra have things to laugh about – like he time he gave her a “Chola” makeover on his talk show.
Let’s examine this behavior: Jesse James supposedly has checked BACK into rehab after leaving this weekend – because Sandra refused to take his calls. It sounds like he lost hope of reconciliation and decided to give up. At the same time, rumors have surfaced that Sandra is preparing divorce papers and that Jesse will get nothing because of their prenup. The prenup stated that if he CHEATED he could not demand money. It sounds like Sandra was afraid he’d be unfaithful from day one! WHY did he go back? The chances of Jesse lasting 45 days in sex rehab are slim. The odds of Sandra filing for divorce increase every day. It’s the only way she’ll ever get her life back.
We’re not the least bit surprised that RadarOnline.com claims that Sandra Bullock has decided to divorce her errant husband Jesse James. That’s the ONLY way this story can end. When the first mistress was revealed and Sandra left for Texas, there was still hope for their marriage. If Jesse said all the right things, Sandra just might have forgiven him, partly because of her affection for his children. But since three more unsavory women have surfaced and the text messages he sent are so destructive, she has no choice now but to divorce him. We just hope her broken heart heals quickly.
Sandra didn’t listen. In 2005 when Sandra Bullock was dating Jesse James, a former employee of his at West Coast Choppers made a point of giving an interview about a sexual harrassment lawsuit she filed against James in 2000, according to Radaronline. In court papers Deann McClung accused him of sexual assault, battery, and wrongful termination. She described Jesse as an “evil, brutal, terrible person.” She went into great detail about Jesse sexually harrassing her and other employees, forcing her to have sex, and eventually firing her. When she retaliated with the lawsuit, he accused her of stealing. She won a huge settlement ($725,000 according to TMZ) and said at the time “I’m sure he has Sandra conned into thinking what a nice guy he is – but it’s all a big lie.”

One of Jesse’s best friends, who has guested on his TV show, reportedly has a big Nazi flag on his living room wall. Jesse has built up a “motorcycle outlaw” image that has earned him LOADS of money from people who might take this macho posturing more seriously than he does.
It’s not easy being Sandra Bullock. Imagine – she was the toast of the town at the Oscars and a few weeks later she’s been crushed by marriage betrayal. Since In Touch revealed the story of Jesse James’ affair with tattoo model Michelle “Bombshell McGee,” Sandra has been out of sight and canceling appearances. If you’re wondering if the affair story is true, all you have to do is LOOK at the model – she’s Jesse’s type. He’s always preferred skanky women and Sandra is the exception. It’s ironic that the affair happened while Sandra was filming “Blind Side” in Atlanta. We feel awful for her, but don’t think she’ll dump Jesse. Sandra knew she was marrying a bad boy. She’ll think long and hard and make him suffer, but she doesn’t want a divorce. Like Fergie, she will take the high road and hold on to her marriage.
