We were RIGHT when we assumed “Grey’s Anatomy” star Katherine Heigl might be expecting because of 3 observations in a recent photo. She was sucking on a lollipop instead of smoking, she wore a loose dress, and she and her husband Josh Kelley were in a baby store purchasing a stroller. The twist is that she’s adopting! Katherine and Josh are expecting a little girl from Korea this week whom they’ve already named Leigh. Katherine has always liked kids better than she liked the idea of being pregnant. Hopefully she’s stocked up on lollipops to avoid second hand smoke.

HELENA BONHAM CARTER AND TIM BURTON MIGHT BE EXPECTING THEIR THIRD CHILD

This news almost slipped right past us because Helena Bonham Carter, 43, is in the habit of wearing layers of loose clothing. Judging by appearances, as we ARE prone to do, Helena appears to be quite pregnant as she shops in a Malibu bookstore. Helena and her domestic partner, director Tim Burton, have two children already – Billy, 6, and Nell, 2. They consider their relationship to be successful partly due to the fact that they live in separate houses right next door to each other in London.

Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick’s surrogate twin girls are percolating back in Ohio, we’re relieved that rumors about their marriage dissolving appear to be untrue. They’ve always seemed like a sweet couple. It looks like the Brodericks don’t want anyone to know WHEN the babies are arriving because they coyly said the bundles of joy were expected “later this summer.” However, three large boxes of baby stuff labeled “girls 0 – 6 mos” were just delivered to Sarah and Matthew’s New York home. We’re thinking those little girls will be popping up very soon.

You’ve got to hand it to Bobby Brown’s girlfriend Alicia Etheridge – she’s hung in there through thick and thin. Alicia was a longtime friend of Bobby’s ex Whitney Houston – but when she started dating Bobby a few years ago THAT friendship was over. She’s been acting as Bobby’s “manager” and did succeed in getting him on the reality show “Gone Country.” But now that she’s four months pregnant with her first child – and his FIFTH – she’d better get him some high paying gigs because he has a lot of child support to pay. They were photographed leaving Cedars Sinai Hospital and going to lunch at McDonald’s.
