JOHNNY DEPP: NOT AS SWEET AS HE LOOKS

If you’ve been leaning toward supporting Johnny Depp in this sordid lawsuit against his ex-wife Amber Heard, take a moment to look at some details. We’ve all heard the accusations of horrible behavior on both sides and it IS hard to decide who’s telling the truth. That’s why you must consider the emails. Emails don’t lie. Here’s an example: Johnny claimed Amber told him his kids disliked him and he was a bad father. He insisted the kids actually disliked AMBER.
But an email he sent to pal Elton John (after splitting with Vanessa Paradis) tells a different story. He said his kids had fallen “head over heels” for Amber, and Vanessa was trying to “brainwash” his kids against him. That’s when he referred to Vanessa as “the French extortionist” (Keep in mind Vanessa has always been supportive of Johnny and insisted he didn’t abuse women) Johnny’s drug-addled recollections don’t match up to those awful (and numerous) emails- they are a dead giveaway…

SCARLETT JOHANSSON: DOES THE PUNISHMENT FIT THE CRIME?

#scrlettjohansson #janetcharlton

We were completely taken aback by the fact that the guy who hacked into Scarlett Johansson’s email account (along with 50 other celebrities and ordinary people) and distributed their nude photos on the internet, was sentenced to TEN YEARS in prison by a Florida judge. Are we the only ones who feel this isn’t exactly the crime of the century? The hacker, Christopher Chaney, was described as having a “callous disregard” for his victims. But he never stole anything or physically injured anyone. Frankly, we’d rather see the lawmen who solved this crime spend their time chasing rapists and murderers. Poor little Scarlett, indeed.

PAUL HAGGIS IS GETTING FEEDBACK AFTER QUITTING SCIENTOLOGY

And so it begins….Paul Haggis says he has been getting lots of emails after that recent New Yorker Scientology expose in which he talked about quitting Scientology after decades as a member of the cult. He expected a strong reaction. He says many communications are supportive, but others “break his heart” or make him “very angry.” So far, no serious threats. He has no regrets about leaving Scientology (which he now calls a cult) so publicly – he couldn’t tolerate their gay-bashing and mistreatment of members.
