Janice Dickinson’s fiancée (of 3 years!) Dr Robert Gerner, 70, took her to The Ivy to celebrate Janice’s “vindication” as a Bill Cosby sexual assault victim. Gerner, described as a “psychopharmacology expert” hasn’t been in a hurry to get married, but he’s good to Janice. In spite of her bankruptcy and million dollar tax debt, her fiancée bought her a 1.7 million dollar Hollywood Hills home.

Janice, 59, knows that she scored bigtime when she met ten years older Dr Robert Gerner, who is, of all things, a PHARMACOLOGIST. (That’s a doctor who doles out drug prescriptions to his mentally disturbed patients.) And the doctor has quite a history of doing so. Janice declares it was “love at first sight!” Dr Gerner also helped Janice get out of her bankruptcy gracefully. The happy pair have been engaged for over a year.

(presumably she doesn’t want her husband to assume all her debts.) The lucky guy is Dr Robert Gerner, an established pharmacologist who is described as very talented, but also fast and loose with his prescription pad. According to his mentally troubled patients, he charges $185 in cash for quick twenty minute sessions and sends them home with a fistful of prescriptions. Adderall and sleeping pills are a common combination. Interesting historical fact: Gerner was one of the docs investigated in the overdose death of Jerry Bruckheimer’s former partner, producer Don Simpson, who perished with 21 drugs in his system in 1996. Janice says it was love at first sight for her and Gerner. We wonder what being married to Janice will do for his career.
