Diana Ross

DIANA ROSS IS NOT SINGING THE BLUES

2018 is shaping up to be a good year for Diana Ross. She’s looking forward to her performances in Hawaii in January, and Las Vegas in February. She arrived at LAX with a whole new demeanor – in the past she’s been photographed at the airport looking messy and distracted – hiding and scampering away from paparazzi or even being pushed in a wheelchair. This weekend she looks pretty and happy.

IS DIANA ROSS HANDICAPPED?

Apparently Diana Ross does much of her own food shopping because she’s frequently spotted at supermarkets. But this week she parked in a handicapped space outside Bristol Farms – with no placard in sight. She seemed to have no trouble loading her bags into the car so hopefully she’s not suffering from any afflictions. Keep in mind she often rides in a wheelchair at the airport and hops out and walks on her own once she reaches the terminal. Diana has sent much of this summer on a concert tour across the country.

DIANA ROSS HAS A HARD TIME GOING INCOGNITO

If Diana Ross doesn’t want to be photographed, WHY does she wear a GIGANTIC wig to go shopping at the supermarket? Actually, it’s an upscale fancy market, Bristol Farms in Beverly Hills, but the other shoppers can’t help but stare. Diana is quite a beauty, but she doesn’t seem to care HOW she looks when she’s not onstage. Despite her baggy sweats, the paparazzi always notice that big hair. She doesn’t bring her own bags to the market, either.

Evan Ross brought his new family to New York to watch his famous mother Diana Ross perform at Kings Theater in Brooklyn. Ashlee is pregnant with their first child and she brought her son Bronx to see his famous step-grandmother sing. Diana’s show was sold out and she brought Ashlee, Evan, and Bronx onstage at the end of the concert.

DIANA ROSS IS IN CHARGE AT LAX

Diana Ross is all smiles at the airport this time around. She hates it when the paparazzi catch her riding in a wheelchair like she’s been in the habit of doing. She proudly walked through the terminal but she had a brace on her knee. Diana still performs frequently and doesn’t want anyone to think she’s having trouble walking.

Evan Ross, 26, says that he knew Ashlee Simpson, 29, was THE ONE four months after they met. He proposed in January and they tied the knot this weekend at Evan’s mother Diana Ross’s estate in Greenwich, Connecticut. Which is a little odd, because most of their friends are on the West Coast. But Ashlee’s sister Jessica was maid of honor and her kids were in the wedding too. Can you imagine having Diana Ross for a mother-in-law?

DIANA ROSS WAS HAPPILY ROLLING ALONG UNTIL SHE SAW THE PAPS

Diana Ross is never easy to figure out. She touched down at LAX and was met with a wheelchair. She was wearing what appears to be the biggest wig she owns, and a comfy pair of Uggs. (We’d hate to have her sit in front of us at the movies.) Naturally the paparazzi noticed that hair coming a mile away and ran across the terminal to take photos. Diana didn’t want to be seen in the wheelchair because she hopped right up and walked the rest of the way, looking quite healthy. Good thing- she’s booked for a US concert tour this month.

DIANA ROSS’S TANTRUM AT LA SCALA: HANDLED CORRECTLY?

#dianaross #janetcharlton
What would YOU do? By now most of you have read about Diana Ross’s recent diva antics at La Scala in Beverly Hills. According to Page 6, Diana arrived early without a reservation to meet her daughter for lunch. The restaurant has a policy of NOT seating incomplete parties without a reservation. Ross asked to be seated right away and was denied, so she marched to a corner booth and sat down defiantly. Management informed her of their policy and said that if she cut the line and sat before her daughter arrived, she would NOT be served. She wouldn’t budge and when her daughter came they both made a big scene and stormed out of the restaurant. LaScala owner GiGi Leon defended his policy and said “We treat everyone the same, whether they’re famous or not.” (You’ve gotta love him for that.) Out of respect for the veteran diva, should he have asked the people in line to allow Miss Ross to cut ahead of them? Or was he right to maintain his fair policy? What would you have done? (Above, Diana got help at Bristol Farms)
