THE BECKHAMS: FIRST FAMILY OF FASHION

Victoria, David, and Brooklyn Beckham almost stole the show at the Louis Vuitton Fall 2018 menswear show in Paris. They sat in the front row in support of their friend – designer Kim Jones – who is leaving the label after designing for seven years and attracting a huge younger customer base. Brooklyn, 18, posted a video of the show online for his friends.

Donald Trump Oprah Politics

OPRAH AND DONALD TRUMP HAVE HISTORY TOGETHER

The Hollywood Reporter dug up an interesting tidbit about Oprah and Donald Trump. (If you thought the idea of Oprah Winfrey being friendly at one time with Harvey Weinstein was surprising – this is another jolt.) Donald Trump appeared on her talk show in 1988 and Oprah quizzed him about full page newspaper ads he’d taken out to protest US foreign policy. Trump said he was tired of the country being ripped off and Oprah brought up the idea of Trump running for office. Forward to 1999 when Trump was on The Larry King Show – he toyed with the idea of running for president. When Larry asked him who he’d like for Vice President, Trump replied “Oprah – I love Oprah – she’d be my first choice.”

Princess Stephanie, 52, the youngest daughter of Grace Kelly, is the right person to host the International Circus Festival in Monte Carlo – because she has plenty of circus experience. She was the wildest daughter – she had tattoos and moved to Hollywood for awhile where she modeled and tried to become a singer and dated Rob Lowe. When she returned to Europe she ran off with an elephant trainer and actually toured with the circus troup. Later she married and divorced a circus trapeze artist. So Stephanie knows her way around the Big Top and still loves it.

Blake Lively has one of those faces that can assume a whole new identity just by adding a wig. She’s been filming her own action thriller, The Rhythm Section, in New York and her character has a number of “disguises.” She’s playing a women whose family is killed in a plane crash – on a flight that she was supposed to be on. Her distraught character learns it was an act of terrorism being covered up by the government and she is determined to find the truth. Hence the disguise. (Oh, and franchise is not out of the question.) It sure sounds like something Liam Neeson would have done…
