Blake Lively and Leighton Meester are filming two episodes of “Gossip Girl” new season in Paris and the girls are turning heads. They’re as well dressed as any French girl you see on the street, and it’s obvious the stylists on the show are knocking themselves out to impress the Parisians.

What we like most about Gossip Girl’s Blake Lively is how crazy she is about her precious pup. Blake takes her Maltipoo Penny EVERYWHERE. Sometimes Blake wears her like an accessory- here it takes awhile to find Penny among the winter layers. Does Blake’s boyfriend Penn Badgley ever get jealous?

It might seem annoying at times, but Taylor Momsen is lucky to have her mother Colette keeping a close eye on her almost all the time. (They look more like sisters as they walk down the street, above. It’s surpising to see the MOTHER is the one in the towering heels) Colette monitors the food that Taylor consumes on the Gossip Girl set and elsewhere, and carefully limits her Red Bull intake.

Taylor Momsen just keeps getting cuter – and TALLER! It seems like this 16 year old is flaunting the coolest outfits on “Gossip Girl.” Her hair cut in the Joan Jett shag last summer was better than these extensions, but she has to do what the show’s producers tell her to do.
