REDMOND O’NEAL BACK ON DRUGS AND BACK IN JAIL

While Ryan O’Neal is fighting to hold onto that Warhol painting of Farrah that she probably willed to her alma mater the University of Texas, his son Redmond, 26, is back into drugs. He got out of his court ordered rehab just last August according to RadarOnline, and was pulled over today in Santa Monica for running a red light. Police found heroin in his car and locked him up. After around a dozen rehab attempts, we wonder if there’s much hope for Redmond. His mother left him enough money to live without working and he has minimal education. His biggest crime now is driving.

ANOTHER REASON TO BE SUSPICIOUS OF RYAN O’NEAL

We had to laugh when we heard that the University of Texas hired a private investigator to locate a missing Warhol painting of Farrah Fawcett that she left in her will – along with the rest of her impressive art collection – to her beloved alma mater. On the OWN network’s premier episode of “Ryan & Tatum: The O’Neals,” that missing 30 million dollar Warhol could clearly be seen hanging on Ryan’s Malibu bedroom wall! Keep in mind, Farrah famously left NOTHING to Ryan in her will. According to Star magazine and Radaronline, the university’s hired investigator is closing in on Ryan to retrieve the artwork.

WHO IS SELLING A HUNK OF FARRAH FAWCETT’S HAIR – AND WHO’S BUYING IT?

Someone has put a hank of what is purported to be the late Farrah Fawcett’s hair up for sale on an eBay store called hunkwithjunk.com. Radaronline.com found the hair for sale for $1000 with no explanation where it came from. Farrah’s longtime hairdresser, Mela Murphy, couldn’t imagine who would sell the hair, or where they would get it. The creepy ad suggests that when the technology is available, perhaps DNA in the hair might be used to clone another Farrah!

HEY, RYAN O’NEAL – MAYBE FARRAH WASN’T SO CRAZY ABOUT YOU!

We’re not big fans of Ryan O’Neal so we were delighted when Farrah Fawcett’s will became public and she ignored Ryan completely and left $100,000 to her “college sweetheart” Greg Lott. Greg was a football star and Farrah was a freshman at the University of Texas when they met. Eventually she ran off to Hollywood and married Lee Majors. Farrah and Greg reunited in their later years and she gave him the rights to sell Farrah posters and merchandise and run her fan web site. In college they had spent a romantic spring break together in Acapulco and in 2000, Farrah and Greg reenacted that vacation. In THIS INTERVIEW Greg says Redmond lived with is father (whom Farrah never married) from the age of 12 on – hardly a decent influence. When she became bedridden, jealous Ryan had Greg banned from phoning or visiting. Greg complained, but no one paid much attention until this detail from Farrah’s will indicated her true relationship with Greg.
