MISCHA BARTON: NOTHING CHEERS ME UP LIKE A CADDY CONVERTIBLE!

The past month has been painful for Mischa Barton. An embarrassing video of her freaking out incoherently circulated before she was hospitalized. She tried to excuse her behavior by claiming someone had slipped her GHB the night before, but nobody really believed her. It’s more likely she’s self-medicating because she has emotional problems and is estranged from her family. Today she decided to cheer herself up by taking a ride in her fabulous vintage Cadillac with white leather upholstery. Works every time.

Like it or not, these pants are in YOUR future! Big pants are all over the Paris runways and Victoria Beckham jumped on the bandwagon last season. Pants like this in her collection cost from $1200 up, but affordable knock-offs will be everywhere by Spring. Actually the trousers are reminiscent of Katherine Hepburn in the 1940’s. They might take some getting used to, but soon your skinny pants will feel claustrophobic…

KELSEY GRAMMER AND ALEC BALDWIN HAVE SOMETHING IN COMMON

Kelsey Grammer maintains a happy face but it can’t be easy having three young kids (baby boy born in November at home) when you’re 61. Makes sense that he’s pro-life – he has four more kids from previous relationships! That’s what happens when you marry a much younger woman – just ask Alec Baldwin. The Frasier star is currently between TV series, but he does a lot of guest starring roles on TV, movies and voice-overs. Above, he took his 35 year old wife Kayte, daughter Faith, 4, and 2 year old son Kelsey Jr, out to lunch at Gracias Madre.

MARIAH CAREY SHOULD HAVE AUCTIONED OFF THAT WEDDING GOWN FOR CHARITY

In her latest video,(‘I Don’t”) Mariah Carey took great pleasure in setting fire to the $250,000 custom Valentino wedding gown that she planned to wear in her cancelled wedding to James Packer. TMZ validated that it was the SAME gown she tried on during an episode of her reality show. The colossal act of self-indulgence was obviously a snarky message for Packer. We wonder WHY Mariah didn’t take this opportunity to AUCTION OFF the expensive unwanted gown and give the money to charity!! Same message – and Mariah could certainly USE some good publicity for herself.

OWEN WILSON IS HAPPY AS A BACHELOR DAD

Owen Wilson, 48, has more than earned the title of “eternal bachelor,” but he has managed to father a few kids. Wilson’s ex-girlfriend Jade Duell gave birth to Ford (above) six years ago, but they split shortly after. Owen’s personal trainer and longtime friend Caroline Lindquist gave birth to his other son three years ago while she was still married to someone else. She and Owen are “amicable friends.” Apparently the actor has a fear of commitment and prefers the company of his “frat pack” of actor buddies that he has fun making movies with.

CAN IVANKA TRUMP’S FASHION COLLECTION SURVIVE THE PRESIDENCY?

Can the fact that Ivanka Trump’s fashion collections are being dropped by upscale department stores be chalked up to customers who don’t want to support the name? One would have thought that the new and constant exposure to Ivanka wearing her own designs would INCREASE demand. Didn’t happen. But Nordstrom dropped her clothing and shoe collection due to “poor sales.” Neiman Marcus followed suit with her jewelry collection. Things are going downhill fast. It took Ivanka five years to build her successful clothing company and her father’s Presidency may have turned her name to poison to some customers. Would YOU mind flashing the Trump label in your coat?

JUST DON’T CALL HIM BLANKET

Blanket Jackson no longer exists! Michael Jackson’s youngest child has given himself a new name – he’s called Bigi Jackson at school now. Blanket was only a childhood nickname and the poor kid was born with the embarrassing moniker “Prince Michael Jackson II.” Now Bigi is 14 and he’s going to the Buckley School and starting to get around. Marlon Wayans took his kids and Bigi to Catch in Hollywood for dinner.

CREEPY RED CARPET ARRIVAL FOR “RINGS”

Here’s a sight you don’t see at a red carpet premier very often! Contortionist/actress Bonnie Morgan has an important role in the new thriller “Rings” and the previous Ring movies. Remember, her character stalked Naomi Watts character, chasing her with this “spider crawl.” Bonnie comes from a family of circus performers and has appeared in a lot of films including Men in Black II and The Devil Inside. IS BEYONCE TRYING TO OUT-FLAUNT KIM KARDASHIAN WITH THIS CREEPY PHOTO?

Are we alone in thinking this picture of Beyonce is ridiculously cheesy and Kardashian style exhibitionistic? If it were on the cover of some magazine we never heard of, it wouldn’t be so puzzling. But SHE created this photo herself – and paid for it – to present to THE PUBLIC! She’s posed in her UNDERWEAR holding her belly with a gauzy veil over her head, implying something religious. And that Demi Moore smirk! She’s surrounded by a funereal display of flowers – as if someone said – “We need more color- add flowers!” We’re happy about her twins, but there are less creepy ways to make such an announcement! This is beneath Beyonce.
