The biggest and saddest story of the week ( if not the entire year) was the murder of Rob Reiner and his wife Michele, allegedly by their son Nick. While we already did a recap earlier this week, the tidbits keep coming in and we can now tell you this: The family, while putting on a united front, is privately working to freeze Nick out of any potential inheritance. My source says a lawyer has been retained to cut Nick out of the will and ensure NONE of the millions and millions in the estate goes to Nick’s expensive legal defense (he retained world renowned criminal defense attorney Alan Jackson).
And there’s this update. The murders have started to cause a division between Rob and Michele’s closest Hollywood friends. We aren’t going to name names, but our very inside source reveals there is a group chat among some of their inner circle and tensions are high. Some of the friends want to see Nick get the death penalty if he’s found guilty of the crimes, while others are aghast at that idea, claiming Rob and Michele would forgive their troubled son and want him to get the obvious mental help he so desperately needs. My source adds that the group chat has gotten particularly heated and groups of friends are taking sides with some vowing to stop speaking to others who share a different view.
One last tidbit. Many of Ron and Michele’s well connected and wealthy friends ( including former President Barack Obama) could be called to testify if the case goes to trial without a plea agreement. Another source reveals that part of the defense strategy will be to subpoena ANYONE who had any interaction with Nick to prove that he is mentally ill. This list includes a who’s who of Hollywood since the Reiners were considered Hollywood royalty as well as major players in the Democratic Party.
Another HUGE late breaking story this week was allegations that Lisa Marie Presley and her daughter Riley Keough donated eggs to John Travolta and his late wife Kelly Preston. Here’s what we know. Our well placed former Scientology source confides that the story is very likely accurate and that detailed records of the back room deal probably exist (including video evidence). The source adds that there is a fertility doctor high in the ranks of Scientology who has helped other members suffering from infertility have children and other famous names are likely involved.
And there’s this. Another source reveals that Travolta is TERRIFIED that those pesky gay rumors will once again resurface. If the IVF stories are true, it will add fuel to the fire that he and wife Kelly had an arrangement and it was a marriage sans sex (especially if their kids were conceived in a test tube). If all of their kids are proven to be conceived through IVF, this will add another layer to the ongoing rumors that John is gay and the marriage was lacking physical intimacy. Decades ago Kelly was known to visit Hawaii without John at times and the talk on the island was that she had longtime lover who she’d meet there for regular rendezvous.
In other big news, Patrick Mahomes ( the quarter back for the Kansas City Chiefs) tore his ALS and is out for the remainder of the season. Here’s what we know. Taylor Swift is now encouraging her fiance, Travis Kelce to throw in the towel for the rest of the season. Taylor is worried that Travis, who is likely to retire after this season ends in a few weeks, might get hurt playing the last few games. Since the Chiefs are already eliminated from Super Bowl contention, Taylor thinks Travis should just sit on the bench and let some of the B team play in his place. The LAST thing Taylor wants is for Travis to be on crutches when they walk down the aisle in June.
As we exclusively revealed, Donald Trump Jr. made headlines when he got engaged to aspiring model Bettina Anderson. We can tell you this. Bettina is gunning for a shotgun wedding even though she’s not pregnant yet. My source says that Bettina isn’t waiting around for Donnie to make it legal, especially since he already had a long drawn out engagement to his former fiance Kimberly Guilfoyle, which did NOT end with a trip down the aisle. My well placed source reveals that Bettina is already making wedding plans for 2026, most likely in the fall when Palm Beach, Florida is in high gear, and loaded with the rich and famous. No surprise the wedding will be at Mar A Lago.

She has put up with his wandering eye, his unconventional medical beliefs, and his newfound loyalty to Donald Trump, but my inside source reveals that Cheryl is at the end of her rope after Trump’s recent comments regarding the murder of Rob Reiner and his wife Michele. Unbeknownst to many, one of Cheryl’s first jobs in Hollywood was being the personal assistant to the slain couple, and she has stayed friendly with them long after she stopped working for them and became a celebrity in her own right. Trump’s ignorant and callous comments struck a chord with Cheryl, and she basically told her husband she has had ENOUGH and can’t play along with this charade any longer. My source says that once again Cheryl is questioning HOW she can share a bed with a man who has no spine and can’t stand up to Trump. Keep in mind, NOTHING has been decided yet, but Cheryl is disgusted by Trump and repulsed by his behavior.
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are taking their love story to Broadway, at least for one night. The lovebirds are secretly planning to star in a benefit performance of Love Letters, with all proceeds benefiting various charities. Before you try to buy tickets, my source says ticket prices are expected to start at $10,000 – and go UP from there! Since this is all for charity, Taylor and Travis hope to raise tens of millions of dollars – and let’s face it – they have a lot of very wealthy friends, so this is truly for the one percent crowd. The good news for the regular folk, Taylor wants to film the performance and then sell it to a streaming service to raise even more money for charity.

We dislike writing about tragedies since gossip should make you laugh, but nonetheless we felt we needed to share what we have heard – so this is a special edition of Here’s What We Know.
Despite his many cinematic accomplishments Rob has never won an Academy Award, but that’s about to change. Our well placed source at the Academy tells us that preparations are already frantically underway to somehow honor Rob at the upcoming ceremony in early 2026. The current idea being floated around is a special segment dedicated to all of his contributions to film, as well as presenting his family an honorary Oscar.
Moments after Nick was charged in the double murder and held on a $4 million bond, discourse between the family is already happening. Some surviving relatives want to throw the book at Nick, while others feel he’s mentally ill and needs help. There’s even talked that some family members may cough up the cash to bail Nick out and then check him into a psychiatric hospital.
My source connected to the family reveals that things seemed to go south for Nick beginning in September. He allegedly was back on hard-core drugs and dealing with severe mental health issues, including schizophrenia. The family tried to get him committed under an involuntary 5150 hold, but was unsuccessful. Just weeks before the incident, they even reached out to a mental rehab rehabilitation center on the East Coast about getting him admitted, and the plan was for him to check in in early 2026 when the prestigious facility had an opening. But then all hell broke loose.
Surprising to no one, Donald Trump couldn’t help himself and made the tragedy about himself, claiming the reason hardcore Democrat Rob and his wife were murdered is because they were suffering from “Trump derangement syndrome.” This might be a bridge too far, and even some of Donald’s biggest supporters are APPALLED by his ignorance and are begging him to act like a gentleman and not a pompous ass.
Sadly, Rob and Michele were making plans to renew their wedding vows this May to mark their anniversary. A party planner was already hired and save the day cards getting ready to be sent out.

Pamela Anderson is in a pickle – literally! Pamela has teamed up with Flamingo Estates (a luxury home brand) and launched a line of gourmet pickles from her own recipes. These pickles are pricey, $38 for one jar, but Pamela is donating 100% of the profits to various charities near to her heart. Pamela not only came up with the recipes, but she designed the label as well, and it features her makeup free face. My source says despite the hefty price tag, Pamela’s Pickles are a hit and have already sold out their initial production.
