Most of the time we like birds better than children, so we were enchanted by this cockatoo’s perfect performance to Willow Smith’s song “Whip My Hair.” The bird actually makes the dubious song entertaining. “Whip My Hair” singer Willow Smith, 9, strutted out of her New York hotel followed by her ever-present entourage. There’s no doubt who the boss is here. She doesn’t seem accustomed to doing things for herself – she even has someone else carrying her little puppy.
Don’t they take attendance at Scientology school? It seems like Willow Smith, 9, has been around the world more than once in the last month and she hasn’t been seen twice in the same outfit. Right now she’s taking in the sights at Milan’s Fashion Week. Note she is sitting in the very exclusive FRONT ROW at the Dolce & Gabbana show and fraternizing with the likes of Naomi Campbell and her Russian billionaire Vladimir Doronin. What about math class?

Willow Smith, 9, is not about to let her brother Jaden be the only kid STAR in the family. (Jaden is currently riding high on his “Karate Kid” success.) Having famous parents like Will and Jada Smith has certainly given their kids an edge. Ambitious Willow got herself a Rihanna haircut and now she’s scored a record deal with Jay-Z and a new single. No WONDER Jaden Smith and his sister Willow are always dressed in the height of kid fashion! It so happens they have the same stylist as Rihanna! Hence the creative hairstyles and leather pants. Mariel Haenn is the woman responsible for Rhianna’s extraordinary stage attire and off camera apparel as well. She is probably one of the best paid and most famous stylists around, and she doesn’t have many clients under 12. However the Smith kids may pay off in a big – and inevitable – way – she’s working to develop a clothing line with them. So if the movie business doesn’t work out, they’ve got something “to fall back on.”
As the Will Smith family travels from one country to another for the premiers of The Karate Kid, it’s apparent that Willow is still determined to out-dress and steal the thunder from her brother Jaden, who stars in the movie. Above, the Smiths got a warm welcome in Madrid. A European reporter informed us that Willow and Jaden not only have stylists, but they have their own hair and makeup people with them at every premier. Jaden and Willow have these people fussing over them, blotting perspiration, spraying hair, etc. between photos to keep them looking perfect.
We can hardly believe that Willow, the nine year old daughter of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett, is SO into fashion at her tender age! Granted, she might be trying to steal the thunder from her brother Jaden at the premier of his movie “The Karate Kid.” She’s rocking a totally 80’s animal print, chain look with a Rihanna haircut. (We’re guessing her Scientology school has no dress code) And she’s only 9! This could be a model in the making- if tiny Jada took off those platform shoes she’d be just about the same height as her daughter – who must take after her dad.
You can count on 11 year old Willow and 13 year old Jaden Smith to attract attention on any red carpet – especially the BET Awards. They certainly weren’t overdressed for the fancy event – both wore t-shirts bearing the phrase MSFTS. This is some sort of fashion project out of Houston that is soliciting online to raise money for expansion. Why the Smith kids are promoting the company makes one wonder if they are involved somehow. They DO know how to use their famous connections to make money. We wonder how Will Smith feels about his Scientology buddy Tom Cruise’s divorce…
Jaden Smith, 23, is showing off a suit from his own fashion collection, MSFTSrep, at the British Vogue party during London Fashion Week. We assume the odd name means “misfits republic” and he’s partners in the brand with sister Willow and a few friends. When he’s not designing, Jaden is skateboarding or making music. In 2016 he was the first male model to wear a skirt in the Louis Vuitton womenswear campaign – hence the skirt-like attachment to his pants above. Jaden is clearly smart and creative – it’s too bad he and his sister Willow don’t believe in higher education – no college for them.

Jaden Smith didn’t need a date for the New York premier of his movie Skate Kitchen, his plus-1 was his pet Iguana on a leash. (Jaden and his sister Willow both love reptiles.) The movie documents the lives of a pack of real female skateboarders flourishing in a male dominated subculture in New York. Most of the skaters are the real thing — non-actors – discovered by the director. Jaden, 20, plays a skating romantic interest for one of the girls.
