DAVID ARQUETTE QUIT WRESTLING – BACK TO MOVIES

David Arquette turned up at the premier of Lansky looking like a slightly shady businessman, and not the “pro-wrestler” that he’s been calling himself lately. In fact, David has officially retired from wrestling just in time to promote his new Scream 5 movie. It was debatable whether Scream 5 would ever make it to the screen because director Wes Craven died and producer Harvey Weinstein went to prison. But somehow they managed to pull it together during the pandemic, and the original stars -David, Courteney Cox, Neve Campbell, etc, came back and Jack Quaid (Meg Ryan and Dennis Quaid’s son) has been added. Scream 5 is coming out this January. Meanwhile, the nightclub David co-owns, Bootsy Bellows, is gearing up for a hot summer.

ROB ZOMBIE’S NIGHTMARE CAME TRUE

Of all people, Rob Zombie showed up in Beverly Hills this weekend for their Father’s Day celebration. The women he’s with has been identified as his wife Sheri Moon Zombie, but she looks more like his granddaughter, thanks to Rob’s long grey beard. The rockstar -turned-filmmaker (he’s only 56) is happy because after 20 years of trying, he’s finally set to write and direct a film version reboot of The Munsters. You might recall The Munsters was a 1964 TV series about a friendly monster family who moved from Transylvania to the American suburbs. Sheri Moon is set to play Lily Munster and Cassandra “Elvira” Peterson will have a supporting role, so it might be fun AND horrifying…

NICK CANNON IS EXPECTING HIS SEVENTH CHILD (!) MOMENTARILY

Nick Cannon, clad above in his ever-present turban, is on the road to having his FOURTH baby in one year! How DOES he pull this off? After Nick filed for divorce from Mariah Carey, he declared he “doesn’t want to be with ONE woman again.” In fact, he added “I believe relationships and marriage are designed to please women” and he doesn’t even want a steady girlfriend! But he does have plenty of baby mamas. Besides the twins with Mariah, he has two children with Brittany Bell, twins just born to Abby DeLaRosa, and Alyssa Scott is expecting any day now. That makes a total of SEVEN children. Nick is getting his own daytime talk show this fall and he’ll have plenty to talk about…

IF ONLY SHARON STONE WOULD NAME NAMES!

Sharon Stone, 63, was seen shopping on Madison Avenue last week looking absolutely adorable. And that slicked back hair suits her! We read her book The Beauty of Living Twice and one of the most surprising revelations was the fact that she once dated Garry Shandling! The book is compelling, but we thought she should have NAMED NAMES. She’s had a lot of very interesting Hollywood experiences, but she was apparently afraid to identify a lot of the characters. We fondly remember writing about her and her Basic Instinct costar Michael Douglas having a fling (from our hotel source)- in Star Magazine, but she did not mention it in the book!

JUST ANOTHER SATURDAY NIGHT IN HOLLYWOOD

Transformers sex symbol Megan Fox, 35, is enjoying a second chance at being party girl with Machine Gun Kelly and it’s about time! Remember, Megan was only 18 when she met Brian Austin Green in 2004 and they got married in 2010. She never seriously dated anyone else and she and Brian promptly had three sons. Megan never really enjoyed the fun party scene as a young woman in Hollywood. During her marriage she actually said “I’d rather stay home than go out!” In 2020 she filmed a music video with Kelly and everything changed. She filed for divorce and she and MGK have been declaring their love and out in public ever since!

JADEN SMITH HAS A TIGHT GRIP ON STYLE

So what if it’s 90 degrees? Fashionista Jaden Smith doesn’t let a little heat stop him from layering up a snazzy outfit suitable for lunch in Beverly Hills. Pink is the hot color for men these days, and Jaden’s cute new girlfriend fits right in.

BRAD PITT: WHICH KIDS DON’T WANT HIM AROUND?

Brad Pitt HAS to be wondering which of his six children dislike him enough to testify AGAINST him in his and Angelina’s custody court battle. Angelina is furious because the judge recently gave Brad shared custody of the kids. Court papers show that Angelina said THREE of the children were ready to testify AGAINST their father, but the judge didn’t allow it. We already know Maddox, 19, wants nothing to do with Brad (he was with Angelina long before Brad came along.) Pax is 17 and would probably side with Maddox- but who is the 3rd angry child? Zahara? (we remember Brad shopping with her to find a doll that looked like her) Shiloh? She and the twins Knox and Vivienne look a LOT like their dad. Brad just wants time with his kids so he can win them back. SOME will be more difficult than others…

KATY PERRY CAN LAUGH AT HERSELF, BUT CAN ORLANDO BLOOM?

Katy Perry never fails to surprise us. Marrying Russell Brand was a shocker – and now this. She’s one of very few female celebrities we know who would find it amusing to post a photo of herself and her fiancé Orlando Bloom with their faces looking decades older. It’s probably the unflattering result of using the questionable Russian FaceApp. Celebrities like Drake and Gordon Ramsay have posted their “old” photos, but not a lot of pretty women are doing it. They obviously lack Katy’s one-of-a-kind sense of humor…

KANYE WEST HAS SOMETHING IN COMMON WITH SCIENTOLOGY

Kanye West, 44, is back in Los Angeles looking happy as a clam- and no wonder. He just returned from a hot weekend with Irina Shayk and his Sunday services have been declared tax exempt. Remember those big invitation-only musical Sunday “services” he used to promote? He even had televangelist Joel Osteen join him for some appearances. (coincidentally or not, many of the people who worked with him on these performances are suing him because they didn’t get paid.) Now Kanye has registered his Sunday services as a non-profit and they are exempt from federal, state, and property taxes, just like SCIENTOLOGY! He calls his 2.2 mil bachelor-pad home in Calabasas church “headquarters” so it’s untaxed also!

IRINA SHAYK IS MORE THAN JUST A MOM

Bradley Cooper’s ex, model Irina Shayk, is obviously REALLY enjoying the attention she’s been getting from the press since she started dating Kanye West. Even photos of Kanye and Irina when they’re NOT together are becoming a hot commodity, and Irina is not avoiding the paparazzi. To maximize photo allure, Irina wore this black bustier with combat boots to pick up her daughter Lea at school. Certainly the other moms must have been wide-eyed. We cannot resist commenting on that stroller – why would a four year old ride on this mini “wheelchair” when she is perfectly capable of walking? It’s plain to see she has totally outgrown the vehicle.
