I was thinking the same thing. This looks just like Katie Holmes’s belly while “pregnant” with Suri. Why do Tom and Katie go to such lengths to pretend that Suri is a biological child? What are they ashamed of? Suri is a cutie pie and there is no reason for TomKat to be and act so deceitful!
