Katharine McPhee

KATHARINE McPHEE A BEVERLY HILLS HOUSEWIFE? NO WAY!

Katherine McPhee recently turned down a 7 figure deal to join The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.  Although the Bravo show’s newest season began airing October 25 ( all of the episodes are filmed in advance) producer Andy Cohen is looking ahead to season 14 and wants to spice things up with some bigger name Housewives. Our Bravo source tells us that Katherine was offered six figures per episode to join the show ( and with over 10 episodes a season that’s over a million dollars for a few months worth of work!)  Katherine was mulling over the idea, but her husband , music producer David Foster, immediately nixed it.  He saw his marriage to then Housewife Yolanda Hadid disintegrate and he blames her involvement on the reality show as one of the reasons.  Since Katherine is a no go, Andy is looking for other stars to join as he plans to shake up the cast after this season.

KATHARINE McPHEE IS PREPARING FOR THE FUTURE

Katharine McPhee loves being a mom, but she’s unsure if she wants her infant son, Rennie, to grow up as an only child. Even though Katharine’s husband David Foster has 5 daughters from previous relationships, they’re all decades older than Rennie. While David’s daughters are wonderful half-sisters, it’s certainly not the same as having a sibling closer in age. As of now, Katharine thinks her family is complete, but she’s worried that may change if one day she finds herself without David. She’s being realistic about the fact that he IS 35 years older than her. An insider says that Katharine came up with the a backup plan. She’s freezing her eggs AND David’s sperm, in case she eventually decides to expand her family.

No, Katharine McPhee isn’t really pregnant and this isn’t a cheap publicity stunt to compete with Nicole Ritchie and Christina Aguilera. She’s actually filming a movie called “House Bunny.” Anna Faris stars in the film as a Playboy bunny who needs a place to live and moves into a sorority house full of problematic girls. Her playful attitude changes the repressed Zeta Tau Zetas. Rumer Willis plays a sorority girl and Katharine is the one with a baby problem.
