Joan Rivers heard a rumor that Orlando Bloom is moving to her neighborhood so she turned herself into a one-woman welcoming committee with a big sign and a chocolate mousse cake. Orlando and his wife Miranda Kerrjust split up very amicably and perhaps Joan wants to introduce him to her single daughter Melissa.
