Wissam Al Mana

JANET JACKSON: THE WORLD’S OLDEST CELEBRITY MOTHER

She may be in the middle of a complicated divorce, but Janet Jackson, 50, has never looked happier. Janet’s estranged husband Wissam Al Mana has hired a large staff of nannies to care for their precious boy. Wissam wants the child to be brought up in his Arabic family tradition. (Does that mean no dancing?) THIS could be a problem. The culture clash between Wissam’s family and Janet’s American family is bound to widen as little Eissa grows up.

WHAT WILL JANET JACKSON DO WITH ALL THOSE BURKAS NOW?

Now that Janet Jackson and her billionaire husband Wissam Al Mana have split after only five years, her life is going to get a LOT more complicated. And her baby boy Eissa is only 3 months old! Apparently Janet, 50, and Wissam have mutually decided their marriage is not “working” and they hope to remain civil. (Considering their backgrounds it’s no surprise.) She has custody of their child. We wonder if she will leave her life in London and move back to California. We’re not sure if Janet converted to Islam, but she certainly has the wardrobe for it. On the other hand, if she gives up her burkas, she’ll have to watch her weight again. Let the concerts begin!

JANET JACKSON: DRAMA WHEREVER SHE GOES

Janet Jackson turned up at LAX today to catch a flight and she had two bodyguards guarding her every step of the way. Strangely, her husband Wissam Al Mana kept a considerable distance and slipped through the airport almost unnoticed. Janet looks better than she did last time we saw her – at least we can see her face and hair. She’s rarely been seen since she got married two years ago, but apparently she missed the spotlight and now has a major tour starting in late August. She certainly doesn’t need the money.

JANET JACKSON IS AVOIDING HER TACKY FAMILY

Janet Jackson is becoming more and more estranged from her family. Nobody in her family even knew she was married until they read about it months later. She’s been noticeably absent during her mother Katherine’s court battle with AEG Live and has kept her distance after Paris Jackson’s breakdown and suicide attempt. Since Michael died Janet’s five brothers have been pestering her for money and she’s been generous, but feels used. Since she married her billionaire Wissam Al Mana, she’s been keeping him away from her brothers because she knows they will hound her husband to invest in their questionable business schemes. If Katherine wins her lawsuit she will undoubtedly share the money with her sons and Janet will be off the hook for awhile.

JANET JACKSON KEEPS HER BROTHERS AWAY FROM HER NEW BILLIONAIRE HUSBAND

Janet Jackson has been married for a year and totally kept it a secret! Smart move too – she married her longtime billionaire boyfriend Wissam Al Mana who happens to be from Qatar, the wealthiest country in the world! We’re betting her own family wasn’t invited to the small private wedding last year. If they had been, surely one of her brothers would have blabbed about the event to get himself on TV. Janet is nervous about her family spending time with Wissam because she’s afraid her brothers will hit on him for loans or try to get him to invest in their questionable projects and schemes. She and Wissam have been jet setting around Europe where he is introducing her to the finer things in life. (Above, Mr and Mrs Al Mana at a Paris fashion show.)

THIRD TIME’S A CHARM: JANET JACKSON GOT LUCKY

Her Arab boyfriend is the best thing that’s ever happened to Janet Jackson. Rumors abound that she’s engaged, and after several years of dating Wissam Al Mana they are most likely true. Billionaire businessman Wissam comes from Qatar – the world’s richest country. He’s educated, refined, and worldly, and he’s teaching Janet about the finer things in life. Her two husbands and assorted boyfriends have not been particularly successful on their own and had little to offer her. We wonder if Janey brought Wissam home to meet her family for the holidays – she’s been very hesitant to do so.(Above, they’re shopping at American Rag– a few blocks from where we live!)

SUDDENLY JANET JACKSON IS INVOLVED IN THE ART WORLD

Janet Jackson is looking slim and cute as she’s being interviewed at an art gallery opening in New York. No sign of her billionaire boyfriend Wissam Al Mana. Rumors of an engagement keep circulating, but nothing is definite. In June Janet will perform under the I.M. Pei glass pyramid at the Louvre in Paris. It’s a huge fundraiser for the iconic museum.

JANET JACKSON KEEPS HER FAMILY AWAY FROM HER BOYFRIEND

The holidays are when families get together – sometimes reluctantly. Janet Jackson, 45, has been dating billionaire businessman Wissam Al Mana, 36, for two years and she’s managed to pretty much keep him away from her relatives. It’s obvious that the two are in love (he calls her his “dream woman”) and perhaps secretly engaged, but Janet is uncomfortable spending time with her family because she’s afraid – her brothers especially – will hit on Wissam for LOANS or try to talk him investing in their questionable schemes and projects! She’d rather avoid a potentially embarrassing situation.

JANET JACKSON IS AN ARABIC COVER GIRL

Janet Jackson’s boyfriend businessman Wissam Al Mana is a celebrity in the Arab world so it makes sense that Janet would become an icon also. Harper’s Bazaar Arabia gave her the cover and a photo layout that’s very flattering. Janet, 45, and Wissam, 35, have been together for several years and the fact that he’s said to be worth 200 million dollars makes him a good match for the successful singer. Since she started dating Wissam Janet has become far more sophisticated and elegant. We’ve never seen her look as tall and thin as she does in the second photo.

JERMAINE WILL BE HAPPY IF JANET JACKSON AND WISSAM AL MANA WED

Janet Jackson and her boyfriend Wissam Al Mana have been together for two years and they’re not sick of each other yet. So it’s safe to assume there is SOME truth to those rumors that they are quietly planning a wedding. Janet admits she’s head-over-heels for the billionaire Qatari businessman – she’s never known anyone like him before. Wissam is 9 years younger than Janet but he has been well brought up and was educated in America. If they DO marry, we can just imagine the two families getting together at the wedding party. The Jacksons and Al Manas will make a fascinating blended family. And it will give Jermaine a chance to dress up in his Arabic robes.
