KIM KARDASHIAN CONTINUES HER WINNING STREAK

And the winner is… Kim Kardashian! Remember…a few weeks ago we revealed that swoon-worthy celebrity hairstylist Chris Appleton was trapped in a love triangle with his two biggest clients, Jennifer Lopez and Kim Kardashian. Each wanted to have Chris at their beck and call 24/7. As our source explains, nice guy Chris was filled with angst having to choose one gal over the other, but with awards season coming up he KNEW he had to decide. In the end, Chris decided to focus on Kim, but not before promising to still do J.Lo for special occasions – as long as they don’t conflict with Kim.

ADD AN “OSCAR WINNER” BARBIE DOLL TO YOUR COLLECTION

She’s been an astronaut, a judge and has done practically everything else but will Barbie now be an Oscar winner?  Odds are good since Barbie got 9 nominations for Golden Globes. According to an insider, if Margot Robbie wins an Oscar for playing the iconic doll or the movie happens to win one for best movie or best screenplay, plans are already underway with Mattel to launch a very limited edition “Oscar winner” Barbie. The proceeds will be donated to the Academy’s Film Museum. Limited edition Barbies are very collectible and can sell for a small fortune, so this will be a win-win situation in terms of marketing and for the film museum.

MIAMI INK IS MORE THAN A REALITY SHOW – HE’S BEST IN SHOW!

This adorable pooch won Best in Show at the Crufts 2017 in the UK which happens to be the worlds largest dog show. Miami Ink (named after the reality show?) is an American Cocker Spaniel and his win got a lot of fans riled up and complaining loudly. Miami Ink won the Working Dog competition and dog people griped that he was “not a working gun dog – he’s a fancy pompous thing!” Indeed, little Miami Ink does NOT look like he’s ever been hunting, but he IS a looker…

WESTMINSTER BEST IN SHOW: MISS P GREETS HER FANS

AG061279_09dogcut

The New York paparazzi turned out in droves for THIS celebrity: she’s the winner of Best in Show at the Westminster Kennel Club dog show. “Miss P” is the second Beagle to win this honor and she loved her photo op at the Empire State Building, above. After that she went to a local restaurant for a steak lunch. We never miss this dog show on TV and always hope that the breeds we have – Bedlington Terrier and Wire Fox Terrier- will win. Last year the Wire Fox DID win! It IS like the Super Bowl for dog lovers.

LEEZA GIBBONS WON CELEBRITY APPRENTICE THE OLD FASHIONED WAY

We just have to congratulate Leeza Gibbons on winning Celebrity Apprentice without ever giving in to petty feuds, insulting comments, or ego driven tantrums. She is a credit to the female sex. (Ironically, she and the other finalist, Geraldo, had competing talk shows back in the 90’s) Granted, all the histrionics between competing apprentices make for entertaining TV, and they are undoubtedly encouraged to act up and be snarky about each other. Along with the trumped up drama, there are a lot of character revealing moments and Leeza managed to make NO enemies. She just focused on the task at hand and got every job done. She proved her intelligence and regard for others – if only there were more CEOs like her.

“SORRY, YOU’RE NOT ON THE LIST– YOU’LL HAVE TO GET IN LINE!”

“Real World “ alumnus Norman Korpi is not only and artist and inventor (click HERE to see his Aero-Tray) but a prize winning costume creator! He cleverly dressed up in a black suit with tinted glasses and a headset and became a VIP doorman for Halloween. He also had a clipboard, drink tickets, and a portable velvet rope. When Norm arrived at his friend’s party he set up his rope at the door and stopped arriving guests with “Sorry, you’re not >on the list” and forced them to line up obediently. After considerable harassment he let them in and set up his velvet rope at the bar. He announced it was for VIPs only and made everyone line up again! This scene repeated itself many times including in front of the bathroom and various seating areas! Some party people were puzzled “What’s with all the security?” – others “got” it and laughed their heads off. Norm won FIRST PRIZE in the costume contest and his prize was an IPad! Brilliant!

TIME FOR SIMON COWELL TO PUT HIS MONEY WHERE HIS MOUTH IS

The X-Factor’s first winner Melanie Amaro has yet to reap the benefits of her triumph and remains in musical limbo. Even SHE is not sure whether or not her record label (Epic) has dropped her, but she IS certain that she has no album released. Before she won the talent contest. Simon Cowell bragged that the winner would receive FIVE million dollars plus a recording contract – at that time the biggest prize in TV history. The cash prize was to be paid over five years. AFTER Melanie won, somehow the wording was changed to “a five million dollar recording contract.” Melanie’s singles haven’t scored and her album release date has been pushed back numerous times. We’re betting she’d could use the money!

JESSICA SIMPSON’S LIPS ARE SEALED ABOUT “FASHION STAR”

Jessica Simpson filmed the final episode of “Fashion Star” in which celebrities pair up with young designers to win a huge jackpot. The show won’t air until February and producers are understandably nervous about the name of the winner leaking out. So they threatened Jessica and the others that if the winner is leaked, the person responsible will NOT be paid their big salary for the show. Jessica is usually a blabbermouth but she’s no dummy when it comes to money, so she’s being VERY careful.

KIRSTIE ALLEY WAS FLABBERGASTED WHEN HINES WARD TRIUMPHED ON “DANCING WITH THE STARS”

The BEST MAN won last night on Dancing With The Stars. Footballer Hines Ward was one of those celebrities we had never heard of, so we paid scant attention to him at the beginning of the show. Kirstie Alley grabbed all the attention early on – because of her TV fame and her weight, plus the fact that she was a surprisingly graceful dancer. But that charming big lug ballplayer Hines just got better every week and continued smiling under duress and negative comments. At the finals, Kirstie and Max looked very confident that they had it in the bag. But apparently the sports fans outnumbered the chubby girls and Scientologists in the voting audience, and Hines and Kym were declared winners. This time we think they got it right. But, will Kirstie “drown her sorrows” at Taco Bell or House of Pies?

ASHLEY JUDD’S A WINNER AND SO IS HER HUSBAND

Ashley Judd is beaming with pride since her racing car driver husband Dario Franchitti won the Indy 300 Championship in Florida. It must be nerve-wracking to watch him roaring around the track at 213 MPH. If you wonder what Ashley’s been up to – she divides her time between their farm in Kentucky and their home in Scotland. She also went back to school and earned a Masters Degree in Public Administration (she does a lot of volunteer charity work.)
