Weird Al Yankovic

MADONNA AND WEIRD AL? NO WAY!

Madonna must be SO flattered right now. It’s HER 80’s image that is being used to promote the new movie Weird: The Al Yankovic Story. Apparently the image of Daniel Radcliffe, who is starring as Al, is not enough. Evan Rachel Wood is doing a nice take on Madonna in the film and her scenes (including a make-out scene) with Daniel are being widely promoted. Readers are confused – did Madonna and Al have a relationship? Absolutely NOT. They probably never met. This movie is NOT a life story – it’s a complete parody. Al’s character has celebrity affairs, a depraved lifestyle, and lives in a gaudy mansion. The real Al never smoked, drank or even cussed. The confusion is deliberate. Madonna must be answering LOTS of questions about Al today…

“WEIRD AL” YANKOVIC HAS A NORMAL LOOKING FAMILY

Seems like “Weird Al” Yankovic has been around forever making those song parodies and playing his accordion. Actually he started in the 80’s with ”Straight Outta Lynwood, ” and our favorite “Another one Rides the Bus” – a parody of the Queen song “Another One Bites the Dust.” He brought his pretty wife Suzanne and cute daughter Nina to the premier of Knives Out.

LADY GAGA CHANGED HER MIND ABOUT WEIRD AL YANKOVIC

Lady Gaga just wants to be loved. Weird Al Yankovic poked fun at Gaga when he recorded his spoof of her “Born This Way” called “Perform This Way.” Proceeds were set to go to the Human Rights Campaign. Al reached out to Gaga for approval in advance (something he never does) and her people demanded a copy of the lyrics as well as the final song. Just when Al thought it was a go, Gaga flatly rejected the song with a big fat “no.” Since he wouldn’t use a rejected song on his album, Al posted it online with sharp criticism of Gaga’s lack of a sense of humor and pointed out that she didn’t care about charity either. No sense of humor? Gaga was HIGHLY insulted and immediately changed her mind about the song. She encouraged Al to put the song on his album.
