Selena was miffed when paparazzi caught her trying to sneak out of a tanning salon in Tarzana. She’s probably irritable because every time her on-again off-again boyfriend Justin Bieber does something dumb, the press hounds her for a comment. Or maybe she doesn’t want her beauty secrets to get out.

Despite Star magazine’s dire predictions, chances of Selena Gomez joining Scientology are slim to none. Of course, the cult would LOVE to have Selena, and Selena’s friend, designer Marissa Ribisi, is a lifetime Scientologist along with everyone in her family, so the subject might have come up. (Marissa is married to Scieno Beck and sister of Scieno Giovanni Ribisi.) But the days of accomplished celebrities joining Scientology are LONG over – most of the Hollywood members were born into Scientology families or joined decades ago. Of late, the cult has had so much bad publicity that no celebrity in their right mind would CONSIDER joining and their managers and agents would flip. So don’t underestimate Selena’s intelligence.

Just when you think Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are REALLY over, they end up on Instagram together. Well, that hasn’t happened for awhile, and one of the reasons is because Selena will NOT give up her friendship with Taylor Lautner. Justin is madly jealous of Taylor and they always fight about him, even though Selena and Taylor are just platonic friends. Justin demanded that Selena end the friendship and she flatly refused, so that’s that.
Even 21 year old Selena Gomez can dance herself into a state of exhaustion. She‘s currently on her tour of North America and Europe and admits that the dancing part of her show is the most challenging. She posted a photo on Instagram of herself on her private plane after her Winnipeg, Canada, performance that shows how she recovers. She picked up some takeout from McDonald’s and leaned back in her seat with huge bags of ice on her aching knees. Selena remarked “Now, I hurt. Everywhere.”

One of the obstacles that keep Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez from being together is the fact that Selena won’t give up her friendship with Taylor Lautner. They have never been more than just friends, but Justin is obsessively jealous of the Twilight star. He figured that if Selena really cared about him she would stop being friendly with Taylor. Selena thinks Justin is unreasonable and doesn’t like being told what to do. Taylor doesn’t know it, but he did Selena a big favor.
Jaden Smith, 14, left all his zany colorful clothes back at the hotel and dressed himself up like an older man to go out with Selena Gomez, 20, in London.(Don’t know WHAT’S going on with her hair!) The confident pair, along with bodyguards, attempted to enter the Boujis club but alas! They were turned away at the door. Apparently fourteen year olds, no matter how conservatively dressed they are, simply aren’t allowed into bars in London.

It makes a lot of sense that Justin Bieber’s concerned mother Patti would urge him to get back together with his exgirlfriend Selena Gomez – because she’s a good influence on the teen singer. Justin, 18, has been hanging around a group of thuggish young rappers, and he’s been involved in embarrassing situations as a result. Photos of him with weed and cough syrup circulated and one of those “friends” sold the pix. Selena, 20, isn’t fond of his new companions – she doesn’t trust any of them. We just hope Selena’s mother Mandy (above) is on the other side pulling her AWAY from Justin – he could be a bad influence on HER!

Vanessa Hudgens got a weekend off from filming “Spring Breakers” in Florida with Selena Gomez and James Franco, so she flew up to New York to visit her boyfriend Austin Butler. Spring Breakers is about four college girls who rob a restaurant to pay for a trip to Florida during spring break. It’s directed by Harmony Korine so it will in no way resemble “Where The Boys Are.” Austin begins filming his role in the Sex & The City prequal “The Carrie Diaries” soon…

Oh no! Justin Bieber’s old hairstyle made a comeback in Las Vegas! Just when we thought Justin was actually growing up and might be upgrading his style (thanks, we asume, to Selena Gomez) he reverted back to his Canadian roots. He demonstrated a robot speaker that dances to the music called mRobo at the Electronic Show in Las Vegas. Desperate retailers have been snapping up young celebrities to develop exclusive apparel lines for their chain stores and some have been faring far better than others. Right now the Kardashians and Selena Gomez are at the bottom of the heap because their collections are featured in Sears and Kmart stores which are going out of business left and right. Demi Lovato and Gwen Stefani are doing well with their lines at Target, but the biggest winner of all: Madonna and her daughter Lourdes’s Material Girl collection at Macy’s. Their clothing line has had an excellent year and Macy’s stock is up 27.2%.
