New York Governor Cuomo is no fool – he knows how to reach his audience in a positive way. He’s promoting the use of masks during his daily press conference and he had two important New Yorkers backing him up. While setting a social distancing example, Chris Rock and Rosie Perez urged everyone to continue wearing masks and gloves to protect against coronavirus – and they did it with their own brand of humor.

Here’s an interesting piece of historical Hollywood gossip: Back in 1984, Cher and Sam Elliott were cast in Mask – Cher played Eric Stoltz’s character’s mother, and Sam played her biker boyfriend. Inspired by Gaga to increase his influence in the fashion world, Kanye West took the stage at an Atlantic City casino in an all white skirt outfit. During the performance he switched from an elaborate feather mask to a crystal hockey mask – both from the Martin Margiela collection.
