Halle Berry and Nahla look like they’re having the time of their lives at Mr Bones Pumpkin Patch. Nahla is dressed up and has her face painted like Raggedy Ann and Halle looks like a doting mom. We can’t help but wonder if Halle is deliberately allowing these photos to be taken and plans to tearfully show them to the custody judge to prove that she and Nahla can’t get privacy in the US and should be allowed to move to France…

Gabriel Aubry often says that his daughter Nahla is his first priority and he finds great joy in taking her to and from school. He has good reason to be fearful that his ex Halle Berry plans to move to Paris with their daughter and her fiancee Olivier Martinez. Halle means business. Not only was she checking out schools in Paris recently but she is in the process of learning French with a private Berlitz tutor. Gabriel’s only hope is that the court won’t allow Halle to take Nahla so far away.

This is the kind of photo that probably breaks Gabriel Aubry’s heart just a little. His daughter Nahla is frolicking on the beach in Malibu with her mom Halle Berry and Halle’s fiance Olivier Martinez – looking like a happy family. Next week the movie “Dark Tide” in which Halle and Olivier play deep sea divers avoiding sharks will be released – they fell in love while filming on the ocean.

GABRIEL AUBRY MAKES A CAPTIVATING FIRST IMPRESSION

Gabriel Aubry has been getting a lot of bad press thanks to his ex Halle Berry, but we’ve been told he’s actually quite a nice guy. A pretty young brunette was at the bar of a Hollywood restaurant when Gabriel caught her eye and walked up to her. He told her “Has anyone ever told you that you look like Kim Kardashian?” She was a little flabbergasted at the corny pickup line, but totally swept away by his sweet and modest manner. “He actually seemed a little shy.” They chatted a bit and he asked if she was single. She told us it was really difficult to say she wasn’t single, because he was SO nice, not to mention drop-dead good-looking. Temptation!

Rihanna has heard all the speculation about WHO should star in the Whitney Houston story ( Alicia Keys, Jennifer Hudson, Halle Berry etc) and she’s taking steps to buy the rights of Whitney’s life for herself. She is already negotiating with Bobbi Kristina’s people and Whitney’s mom Cissy Houston because she wants to seal the deal before anyone else does. But is she really the right person to play Whitney? She has limited acting experience and this will be a dramatic role. And who will be cast to play Bobby Brown? Not Chris Brown, we hope.

Usually these celebrity “Frankensteins “ look distorted and creepy, but this one actually IS a beauty. However, despite all the celebrity contributions, the resulting face eerily resembles Taylor Swift – even though only the hair is actually HERS. Do men’s magazines ever do this kind of thing to create “The Perfect Man?”

Olivier Martinez is happily carrying Nahla and he and Halle Berry arrive at a cafe for Sunday brunch. Halle is still on crutches after breaking her foot and her cast is festively decorated. Apparently Olivier is not alarmed by the nasty custody battle going on between Halle and her ex Gabriel Aubry. Halle is charging Gabriel with all sorts of violent and angry behavior in the presence of their child (he has to attend anger management classes) but Nahla seems to really love her daddy.

Halle Berry seems to be loosening up a bit and allowing her ex Gabriel Aubry more time with their daughter Nahla. Maybe because she HAS to. In the photo above, Halle is dropping off Nahla at preschool and she has a big new cast on her foot. The day before when she dropped off her daughter there was no cast. What happened to her foot is open for speculation. (Above, Halle delivered Nahla in the morning and Gabriel picked her up after school.)

Gabriel has been battling his ex Halle Berry in court for joint custody of their daughter but Halle can afford bloodthirsty lawyers so she has an edge. Aubry’s big mistake was having two dates with Kim Kardashian last year before Kim hooked up with Kris Humphries. Halle flipped out and the legal battle escalated with lurid accusations galore. Ironically, Nahla seems to look more like her handsome daddy every day.

Two celebrity cast-offs, R&B singer Eric Benet and Manuela Testolini, got married in August and are expecting their first child together. Eric was previously married to Halle Berry who accused him of being a “sex addict” when she divorced him. Manuela was married to Prince for five years before she filed for divorce. Hopefully they will be happier with each other not so much in the limelight…
