She’s in Paris with Olivier Martinez at the Champs Elysees Film Festival where they had a special screening of her 2007 drama “Things We Lost in the Fire.” Halle, who is expecting a baby boy with Olivier, has no trouble finding the right clothing to wear while she’s pregnant – her filmy, layered, loose fitting dress is feminine and sexy.

Nahla Aubry skipped merrily by her father Gabriel’s side after he picked her up at art class. Gabriel isn’t as stressed as he used to be – he says he’s happy to hear that his ex Halle Berry is pregnant again because she’s been trying for a long time. He maintains that he’s confident that Halle won’t continue to try and take Nahla to live in Paris since the judge sided with him and granted shared custody.

We’re starting to think those rumors about Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez having relationship problems are true. Olivier was counting on moving Halle and Nahla to Paris where Halle claimed they would be less harassed by paparazzi, but the judge ruled against it. Olivier has an acting career in Paris and his business contacts and friends are there. He feels disconnected in Hollywood, where he doesn’t have much to do. He’s been visiting Paris alone a lot and leaving Halle home with Nahla. This will be a huge obstacle for the couple to overcome.

Halle Berry hasn’t given up on taking Nahla to live in France- because she claims he paparazzi aren’t so aggressive there. The judge should point out that Paris wasn’t so safe for Princess Diana. AND she could lose the paparazzi simply by moving 30 or 40 miles outside of Beverly Hills. Photographers prefer to stay in the area to be available for newsworthy events. Above, Halle and Nahla shopped at Pavilions in West Hollywood. We’re guessing Olivier Martinez’s history of boxing (his father was a champion boxer in Paris) is the reason that fistfight case with Gabriel Aubry was settled so quickly.

Holidays can bring out the worst in celebrities – just ask Charlie Sheen or Tiger Woods. We can’t help but suspect this altercation between Gabriel Aubry and Olivier Martinez was masterminded by Halle “poor little me” Berry. She hopes that custody judge will change his mind about letting her move to France. As a celebrity, Halle Berry is accustomed to getting her way. Imagine her complete shock when a custody judge ruled that she and her daughter Nahla CANNOT move to France with Halle’s fiance Olivier Martinez. At least for now. Nahla’s father Gabriel Aubry doesn’t want his child to move so far away but Halle was confident that she could convince the judge that Nahla would be “safer” in France because of paparazzi laws. Apparently the astute judge didn’t consider paparazzi to be a “danger” – just an annoyance. We’re happy for Gabriel – but you can bet Halle has NOT given up on this issue. She always gets what she wants.
