THE WEEKND GREW OUT OF HIS PENTHOUSE

Perhaps Angelina Jolie should take a closer look at The Weeknd– they’ve had a few dinner dates, and now the singer (real name Abel Tesfaye) has put his 8000 sq ft Wilshire corridor penthouse on the market for $22.5 million. It has four bedrooms and eight (!) gorgeous bathrooms, a private elevator, and wraparound views of LA. The building features a saltwater pool and a helipad. (We happen to think there’s not enough outdoor space for a penthouse) The Weeknd might agree, because he’s packing up and leaving this place for the larger 70 million dollar Bel-Air estate he recently acquired.

Condo For Sale John Corbett Real Estate

JOHN CORBETT: WHAT DOES HIS CONDO TELL YOU?

Suddenly it seems that everything we ever thought about John Corbett is totally wrong! He always seemed like such a super-nice down-home kind of guy who loves horses and nature. (A bit like his character Aiden on SATC) But today TMZ reported that Corbett is selling his character-revealing West Hollywood Condo in the (very nice) Empire West building and they published photos of the place. What a SHOCK! It looked like the home of a pornographer (like Larry Flynt) or a satan worshipper! BLACK floors and BLACK ceilings with thick gold trim everywhere. Almost every wall is MIRRORED with dizzying reflections in all directions! Even the kitchen is black, along with the bathroom. The furniture is bulky – gaudy and pretentious, loaded with gold trim and not at all comfortable! It’s beyond Liberace! We are surprised that John’s girlfriend Bo Derek didn’t take one look and RUN! We just cannot imagine John Corbett living like this….
Oh yeah- it’s listed at $1.6 mil for 1600 sq ft.

Art For Sale Painting Sylvester Stallone

YOU CAN OWN A PAINTING BY SYLVESTER STALLONE

Sylvester Stallone launched a big promotion on Instagram to sell his art for father’s Day. He’s been painting and selling his autographed artwork for decades. Back in the early 90’s he invited us to visit him at his art studio. It was a warehousey-looking place with big canvases all around the room and buckets of paint on the floor. This was at the height of his popularity, and he was thrilled that so many people wanted to buy his paintings. It looked to us like he rather haphazardly slapped paint all over the canvases and he couldn’t believe that people paid “thousands of dollars” for them. (We couldn’t believe it either!) He’s still producing art – now it ranges from $50 for prints to $165,000 for a huge painting. Wonder if these would sell without his autograph…

James Bond fans might be interested to know that 007 star Daniel Craig has put his own 2010 Aston Martin up for sale. He loves the car, but after only 2700 miles Craig realized he has little use for it because he lives most of the time in London. For $134,007 the car can be purchased from Jaguar of Newport Beach. And it still has Daniel’s nameplate on it. But hurry, they don’t expect to have it for long.

The Prince managed to have the house tidied up in advance of the open house but he forgot about the garden – and the two discarded toilets sitting there.

ZSA ZSA’S PRINCE IS SELLING THE HOUSE FROM UNDER HER

It had to happen. Zsa Zsa Gabor is still recovering from her leg amputation in the hospital, and her husband Frederick Von Anhalt has already put their house on the market. And according to our observant friend at The Real Estalker, he has exaggerated the details to TMZ. The “Prince” claims the Bel Air house is “roughly” 8000 sq ft and has 26 rooms while property tax records indicate the house measures 6,647 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and 5 baths. The Prince is asking 25 to 28 million for the house but we predict it will have trouble passing inspections. A peek inside the house reveals it hasn’t been updated or adequately maintained and the thrifty Prince has been known to climb up on the roof to repair leaks himself! The Prince plans to move with Zsa Zsa into a comparatively modest 1.5 million dollar condo in Westwood. We wonder what Francesca Hilton thinks about all this.

FOR THE RIGHT PRICE, YOU CAN HAVE ANGELYNE’S LIFE

Looking at billboard queen Angelyne is always compelling but we never thought we’d have the opportunity to peek into her HOME! Just our luck, Angelyne put her Malibu condo on the market and The RealEstalker got the photos! The condo is listed at $575,000 (it must be in the unfashionable section of Malibu) and it has 3 tiny bedrooms in 1810 sq ft. It’s a “short sale” which sounds slightly ominous. She didn’t bother with a professional photographer but the hot pink decor literally jumps out at you – pepto pink fur, feathers, and velvet. We’d love to sneak a look into her closet. If you look closely you MIGHT see Angelyne’s reflection in the glass doors on bottom photo as she snaps a picture.
