The Beckhams bought that 22 million dollar house above the Beverly Hills Hotel and Victoria HATED seeing the photographers parked on the street waiting for her every day. She asked the city of Beverly Hills to change the parking rules on her street to permit parking only. At first they turned her down, but the persistent Posh appealed the decision and WON! Now she and David can leave home without a gaggle of paparazzi hot on their heels.
