WHAT’S NEXT FOR SHILOH-JOLIE PITT?

Okay, we happen to be fascinated by Shiloh Jolie-Pitt. Shiloh and her mother Angelina Jolie and sister Zahara ,16, went shopping together and we are surprised by two things. First, Shiloh is so TALL! Suddenly at 14, she’s taller than her mother and about a foot taller than her older sister. Shiloh has a beautiful combination of both her parents looks, and she has braces on her teeth to perfect her smile. Early on, she identified as a boy and has always worn tomboy clothes and short boyish haircuts – she became an LGBTQ icon without trying. Now she has – second surprise – longer hair swept up in a ponytail! It’s fun to watch her grow up…

Angelina Jolie Mask Paparazzi Target Zahara

NO ONE IN TARGET IS LOOKING AT ANGELINA JOLIE

Angelina Jolie is obviously enjoying the anonymity her mask provides, so she didn’t hesitate to take Zahara shopping at Target yesterday (yes, a Saturday!) She usually has a bodyguard keeping a discreet distance somewhere in the background “just in case,” but he doesn’t appear until there are packages to carry. In this situation, the paparazzo stayed out of sight so he wouldn’t reveal his target, and almost no one was aware that THE Angelina Jolie was in their midst. In fact no one was even looking at her. Nice for a change.

Angelina Jolie Birthday Little Ethiopia Vivienne Jolie-Pitt Zahara Jolie-Pitt

ZAHARA JOLIE-PITT HAS AN ETHIOPIAN BIRTHDAY

Zahara Jolie-Pitt turned 16 today and to celebrate her birthday, mom Angelina Jolie took her and her sister Vivienne to Little Ethiopia in Los Angeles. Zahara was adopted from Ethiopia so they visited the neighborhood full of Ethiopian shops and restaurants. The masked threesome browsed in a store called Ethiopian Design that features jewelry, shawls, and long handmade embroidered cotton dresses. (Zahara herself is already designing jewelry) Angelina selected a few items and they stopped to pick up some Ethiopian food to take home.

BRAD PITT IS WALKING ON EGGSHELLS

Remember Alia Shawkat? She’s the 31 year old Arrested Development actress (also an artist) who was seen in the company of Brad Pitt a few times. Everyone assumed it was his first romance after divorcing Angelina Jolie and made a big deal out of it, but it turned out they were just friends. Brad was recently linked to a German model, Nicole Poturalski, 27, but apparently the relationship has already fizzled. We’re betting Brad has no intention of being linked to ANYONE until his custody battle with Angelina is settled (he wants 50-50 custody of the kids) – she’s been dragging it out, and the LAST thing he wants to do is make her angry.

ANGELINA JOLIE: WE ALREADY KNOW YOU’RE A GOOD MOTHER!

Looking good, Angelina Jolie is apparently NOT happy with the negative publicity she’s been getting for dragging out the finalization of her divorce from Brad Pitt. She doesn’t like the accusations- especially since they coincide with Brad getting a new girlfriend. To remind us of what a thoughtful mother she is, she took all six of her kids out to dinner at Nobu, where there’s always a pack of paparazzi. (Maddox drove up in his own truck.)

BRAD PITT HAS THE RIGHT NUMBERS

Looks like those rumors that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are getting along better are TRUE. The houses they live in are quite close to each other in Los Feliz and the kids can walk over to Brad’s home. It appears that Brad has the security code to Angelina’s place and he paid his kids a visit today on one of his motorcycles. Brad and Angelina are certainly friendlier, but they haven’t agreed on everything when it comes to money, so their divorce is still pending.

DOES ANGELINA JOLIE KNOW WHAT A FEMINIST IS?

Angelina Jolie identifies as a feminist, but when she got married to Brad Pitt she didn’t have a bridesmaid because she admitted that she didn’t have a single female friend! This week she wrote an ESSAY for Time magazine, oddly titled “Why Girls Deserve Love and Respect on International Women’s Day.” Apparently she thinks that establishing herself as an attentive mother to her daughters illustrates that she is supportive of other women. We have always wondered WHY Angelina has no female friends – we’re guessing it’s because she never TRIED. Can a woman with no female friends really be trusted?

In her peculiar essay Angelina mentioned that two of her daughters have been hospitalized with health problems – above, she brought pillows for Zahara and Shiloh to sit on when they all went to the movies today

WAKE UP! JENNIFER AND BRAD ARE NOT GETTING BACK TOGETHER!

Okay, let’s get this Brad Pitt/Jennifer Aniston “reunion” nonsense out of the way, right now. Sure, they bumped into each other at the SAG Awards and were very cordial. There is NO reason for them NOT to be friends! When they were married, Brad did NOT cheat on Jen with Angelina Jolie! Period. Jen told Brad she wanted a divorce and had started the process BEFORE he started filming Mr and Mrs Smith with Angelina. Brad was sad and Angelina sensed his vulnerability – she set her sights on him, but did NOT break up their marriage. It was already OVER. Ironically, years later, Angelina divorced Brad for many of the same reasons Jen did – he became a boring couch potato who smoked pot all day. Brad admits, and is now addressing, his flaws – he IS basically a nice guy. (Certainly Brad has a new appreciation for the tactful way Jen handled THEIR divorce – no nasty accusations.) Brad and Jen are happy to be friends again – but NOT interested in a repeat performance.

NO LABOR FOR THE JOLIE-PITTS TODAY

If you’re wondering what Angelina Jolie and her kids did for Labor Day – they had lunch at Fig & Olive in West Hollywood. Maddox is already in school in South Korea and the twins weren’t along for the outing, but Zahara and Shiloh were having a fit of giggles, while Pax chatted with his mom. As usual their bodyguard/driver was discreetly out of sight.

WHAT IS ANGELINA JOLIE THINKING?

We can’t help but wonder what Angelina Jolie is thinking about her ex-husband Brad Pitt’s success. (Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is an absolute boxoffice hit, and Brad has great reviews.) Brad has been down in the dumps since Angelina said all those unpleasant things about him during their divorce. He remained undercover while Angelina was constantly photographed at all kinds of places (amusement parks, shopping malls, art stores etc) with her children. Angelina leased a house not too far from Brad’s in Hollywood because they’ve both been working here for the past months and share custody. The tide has turned – gradually Angelina has become not so popular because of the messy divorce (Brad never said a bad word about HER,) and now Brad is making a nice comeback…
