It’s consoling to see that “Wolverine” Hugh Jackman is as big a sap for his dogs as the rest of us dog-lovers. Hugh has often been photographed walking his French Bulldog Dali in New York, and this year he added another member to the family, which consists of his wife Deborra and son Oscar, 14, and daughter Ava, 9. Hugh wanted a little canine pal for Dali and brought home a fuzzy puppy (maybe a poodle/terrier?) that he named Allegra. Now when he’s not onstage performing in “The River” on Broadway, Hugh is posting photos and videos of his beloved pets.

Chad Rogers Dogs Million Dollar Listing Real Estate

HEY, IT’S THE NEW AND IMPROVED CHAD ROGERS FROM MILLION DOLLAR LISTING!

Former “Million Dollar Listing” realtor Chad Rogers is an interesting character. There was a lot of speculation about why he left the successful show after two seasons. Chad says he quit to concentrate on his work. Bravo implied that it was a mutual decision, and when gossip writers quoted Bravo, they got threatening lawyer letters from Chad insisting they retract, so they did. He is certainly a sensitive guy. Since he left the show, Chad looks like he added a lot of muscle and grew out his Bieber style bangs. He brought the love of his life, his little dog Starla, to the Pumpkin Patch!

MADRID DOG-LOVERS DEMONSTRATE AGAINST GOVERNMENT

It appears that Spanish people are going Ebola-crazy. A nurse in Madrid has been hospitalized as the country’s first Ebola patient and health authorities decided her DOG Excalibur should be euthanized just in case he could spread the virus! (The nurse supposedly caught the disease after caring for a sick priest.) Her husband has been quarantined and he begged to have their dog quarantined instead of destroyed. 330,000 people signed a petition to save the dog and they demonstrated at the nurse’s house (above) but the dog was put to sleep. Dog-lovers are NOT happy.

GAVIN ROSSDALE RESCUED THE FAMILY DOG FROM DROWNING

gavin has fun with kids in malibu and dog nearly drowns.

How can you not love Gavin Rossdale after he ran into the ocean to rescue Gwen’s Pomeranian Chewy when big waves washed the little dog into the deep? Gwen Stefani and Gavin spent the day at Rachel Zoe’s Malibu beach house along with their three boys. The older boys were kicking a soccer ball around on the beach with Chewy chasing after them when the little dog disappeared – caught up in some big waves. Gavin had been watching all the action and dashed right out to grab Chewy.

GAVIN ROSSDALE TOOK THE BOYS FOR A BIKE RIDE ON THE BEACH

Nice to see that Gavin Rossdale is as hopelessly in love with the family dog Chewy as his wife Gwen Stefani is. Gavin took his two oldest sons for a bike ride on the beach. Kingston, 8, had his own bike but Zuma, 5, was on the back of a bicycle built for two with his dad. Little Chewy had the best view from the basket on Gavin’s bike. Gwen is probably off somewhere getting more acupuncture.
