Michael Evers celebrated his 21st birthday at Katsuya last night. His friend, private chef Michele Gargani, carried in the cake. Michael is starring in “One Heart” the teens-in-prison movie produced and written by Lane Garrison, who was inside at the party.
Matthew McConaughey is trying to do the right thing for his girlfriend Camila Alves, on her birthday. Camila, who hosts the series, “Shear Genius,” gave birth to their daughter Vida on January 3 – their son Levi is now 1 and ½. Matthew took Camila out to dinner in Malibu at the Beau Rivage restaurant and he got dressed up for the event. Earlier he gave Camila flowers and – of all things – a new memory foam mattress from Selectabed for her birthday.
Like most sane people, we were appalled to learn about P Diddy giving his son Justin Dior (yes, that’s his name) a $360,000 chauffeur driven Maybach for his 16th birthday. Imagine a nightclub birthday party for 1000 people! Does this kid have a chance of not being spoiled rotten? Wouldn’t it be better to buy him a first class education? After that outrageously expensive event we learned something even MORE appalling from Page Six. Diddy rented two THRONES and a $5000 golden CROWN for Justin, which was misplaced at the party. Diddy was afraid he’d have to pay for the missing crown, but it was eventually located in a stylist’s car with Justin’s clothes. A CROWN ? Somehow, EVERYTHING about this spending spree seems tasteless and wrong.

It’s nice to be Queen Latifah’s girlfriend. The Queen rented a private room at Nobu in West Hollywood and held a private dinner party for around thirty people to celebrate her very personal trainer Jeanette Jenkins’ birthday. Outside the restaurant, a fully loaded shiny black Prius was waiting to surprise Jeanette. That’s a step in the right direction – two years ago Latifah gave Jeanette a new Range Rover.
