It’s always a delight to run into Stevie Nicks somewhere. This week she dined at Boa steak house , dressed all in black as usual. We like everything but the tinted aviator glasses – they don’t do her any favors. She finished her world tour with Fleetwood Mac in December, you last saw Stevie on the Grammys singing with Taylor Swift and now she’s writing songs with Dave Stewart. Did you know Lindsay Lohan tried to buy the rights to Stevie’s life so she could produce and star in the movie? Stevie responded “Over my dead body!”
It’ll be more likely over Lindsay’s DEAD BODY!
What are the chances Lindsay will live to reach that age? Slim and none I would say
Lindsay should be worried about who’s going to star in her life, because it doesn’t look like it will be too long the way she’s going.
This won’t happen….lawyers will intercede.
She’s put on weight and that looks like a wig. Stand back indeed!
i hope that stevie is not back on alcohol and/or drugs.
snort. pot, kettle, kettle pot. was there a bigger stoner of my generation? one would think stevie would embrace little lindsey.
Love, love, love Stevie! She’s the best!
This story is old news.
She’s looks a real fright.
I’d be curious who Stevie would like to play her (although she may not have anyone in mind, since apparently La Lohan brought it up in the first place)
…the “FORCE” is with stevie, folks!!
Perhaps, then, Stevie shouldn’t have let Lilo cover “Edge of Seventeen”
@Funky Booty: Stevie’s drug of choice was cocaine. I think she’s clean (and for her sake I HOPE she is) … but I would think that if she were using she probably wouldn’t have put on weight.
Stevie has been drug free since the 80’s. Also she wrote some dam fine songs, Lindsay did what? Play herself in a dumb teen movie?
@ Barkley: Put the mirror down, you’re the only one wearing a wig.
I think we have all aged and don’t look like we used to 20 or 30 years ago. She will always look beautiful to me because I know her wonderful spirit inside. I’ve been with her from the 70’s. Stevie Nicks has still too much she wants to accomplish to be even thinking about drugs. I keep wondering when the industry will award her deserving best songwriter/singer status.
OMG PEOPLE – – – Stevie is in her 60’s – give her a break – she looks awesome compared to a LOT of people in their 60’s… we are lucky to have her still alive after all the drug years…she has the right to say who she does or does not want to represent her in any kind of movie…and who cares what anyone thinks about her sunglasses – my god – get something bettter to talk about !!
Mrs Stevie Nicks is a Real Classy lady and has massive amount of wisdom and smarts that got her throw in life and she has had the most amazing incredible life and only some one with the same goal and has the stregth of..This world class singer who is incredible and wonderful has a right to the story and it has to be some one that this woman has massive respect for and wants and her life story is only being to be told once and it has to be just right.
I have loved her music for years and no one on this earth sounds or moves or look like her and her voice is so rare and it is so Beautiful and lovely and..I love the fact that her music tells a story.
Stevie Nicks is the best song writter and singer ever in History and she has torched the lives of millions of people all over the world and to have Lindsay Lohan do this would be history in the making and a real joy and most of all seeing the world throw another person eyes is what true acting is all about…Good luck with this movie and hope something happens soon.
Lindsay Lohan has so much work to do in her future and to take on this project is being really brave and really strong to live some of Stevies Nicks life and God knows she has had her ups and downs and has been throw so much but only time will tell and lets see what is going to happen and see how things will work out in the future!
Everyone loves it when individuals get together and share
views. Great blog, stick with it!
If that is her she looks terrible. Much better for Elvis, Superman, JFK, James Dean, and Tony Soprano to have died young than to think what they would have looked like aged.
