Spandau Ballet have buried the hatchet and reformed the 80’s “New Romantic” group. The flamboyant hair and eyeliner are gone, but the five original members, Tony Hadley, Gary and Martin Kemp (delectable in “The Krays,”) Steve Norman, and John Keeble, are alive and willing to tour the world. (And they still look good!) Over the years there were bitter lawsuit over royalties, but when the guys saw how well other 80’s band revivals like Duran Duran were doing, and they want a piece of the pie. They’re rehearsing for concerts starting in October.
Well, the photographer was quite clever, apparently one of them has a double wanger.
Day-um! Those guys aged well!!!!!
PFFFFFFFFFFFFFF: they need applause again, folks.
Janet this band i a one hit wonder. Their chances of selling any tickets are slim
Sorry Janet, but technically, Duran Duran are not a revival or nostalgia band. They were releasing new material throughout the 90’s, if not this decade. And they have respect from people throughout the industry. Not the same thing as Spandau, which never moved beyond that cheap watered-down post-New-Romantic sound that flooded top 40 radio in the mid-to-late 80’s. Ah ha ha haaaa ha ha, I know this much is true. Yuck!
Spandau Ballet the best eruo band!
Oh Bu, you need to get out more.
