Saturday night found us at The Gabba Gallery on Beverly in Koreatown where Moshe and Eddie Brakha had an opening for their show “Uh-dik-shun: A life in Photographs.” The crowd was very cool and the photo art is highly desirable. One of our friends is a former model of the artists’. We were surprised to see Jessica Alba among the subjects – her slightly kinky fashion pics originally done for Genlux magazine show her with more style than we’re used to. Maybe they were taken before she became a mom. But she looks great.

No. This is just too simple stark, frumpy clothes, hair.. unimaginative photo style.. sure it looks a bit creepy, but not enough.. it’s unnatural and amateur staged.. Perhaps if there was a point of humor or she looked less like a victim of; I need the money, publicity.. so okay, whatever, within reason..
I liked the shoot.. there is more to it and the photos keep getting odder BUT they are years old… as in several.
so money wasn’t involved, folks.
