Uh oh. Things are NOT looking rosy for Eddie Murphy. Apparently tenacious lawyer Gloria Allred is getting involved in Melanie “Scary Spice” Brown’s paternity case against Eddie. Mel’s sporting a pushup bra and Gloria is dolled up in a faux Chanel suit. They’re leaving Mr Chow with decidedly triumphant looks on their faces and we bet Eddie is going to PAY dearly for not using a condom.

They’re BAAAAACK! The honeymoon is over for Eva Longoria and Tony Parker. They were seen having lunch at Café Med on Sunset as if that extravaganza of a wedding had never happened. Eva says they spend DAYS on their island honeymoon where they were totally alone together and barely spoke to another person. Tony says he’s adjusting to being with someone popular who enjoys publicity and doesn’t mind paparazzi. “It’s not as bad as Brad Pitt or Britney Spears” he allows.
How UNREAL was Victoria Beckham’s Coming to America “reality” show? Well, it seems most of the people on the show – including the traffic cop above – were hired ACTORS. Victoria’s hairdresser and makeup artist were the real thing, but her assistant on the show was also an actress. And of course there were writing credits at the end of the “reality” show. Despite disappointing ratings, the network insists there might be another Beckham special coming up – “Christmas with the Beckhams.” We’ll believe it when we see it.

The impossibly beautiful Heidi Klum celebrated Project Runway’s THREE Emmy nominations by paying a visit to the Neil George Hair Salon in Beverly Hills. This is our favorite reality show and we hope it wins this year. Now Heidi has to start thinking about what to WEAR to the award show – she’ll have plenty of options to pick from.

More than a few heads swiveled at the Cross Creek shopping center when Janice Dickinson nonchalantly went shopping dressed LIKE THIS. Can you imagine her running in and out of stores? Granted, she looks good in her red and white striped bikini, but -hello- a mall in Malibu is NOT the same as a beach in Malibu!
For the first time Winona Ryder discussed her shoplifting arrest over five years ago at Saks Fifth Avenue with Vogue magazine. She pretty much blamed her behavior on prescription painkillers and implied it would never happen again. What a short memory you have, Winona! Around two years ago the sweet looking actress was shopping in a boutique on Beverly Blvd, and after trying on numerous items, she walked out wearing clothes she didn’t pay for. Oops! The store owner had the evidence on a security tape but was kind hearted and didn’t call the cops. The owner contacted Winona’s people and gave them the option of reimbursing the store. They paid up and we have a feeling this isn’t the only time this has happened.

Paris Hilton is trying AWFULLY hard to get her picture taken. How many women dress up in a leopard bathing suit and dress their DOG in a matching leopard outfit AND schlep around a hot pink surf board? Could she be any less subtle? And photographers continue to snap her, and magazines still buy the pictures. It’s like a hellish merry-go-round that we can’t get off of. The only redeeming element is the puppy.
Amy Winehouse got an uncontrollable itch – or was the zipper on her cutoffs stuck? Anyway she took a short fix-it break onstage at the music festival at Cornwall where she FINALLY turned up to perform. She missed a few shows – supposedly they interfered with her drinking schedule. Her wardrobe malfunction was temporary, and she unsteadily returned to her singing. Never a dull moment!

Courtney Love was ducking photographers as she left the Roxy after performing. She’s with her fourteen year old daughter Frances, who’s starting to look cute. We like her rumpled sheer blouse and – hey, is that a tiny tattoo on her hip? Supposedly, she has musical aspirations.
