Christie Brinkley and John Mellencamp both look happy and this is the fourth or fifth time they’ve been seen out together. Today they visited an art gallery in Chelsea.The best thing about this photo is the fact that John is NOT smoking and we rarely see him without a cigarette.

Rachel Bilson posed prettily next to her grandfather at the No Kid Hungry benefit event at the Four Seasons in Los Angeles. Wait! – that’s NOT her grandfather, it’s Jeff Bridges! A common mistake. After all, men in beards (like women in burkas) all tend to look alike. Hopefully Bridges grew the facial hair for his new movie Comancheria with Chris Pine and Ben Foster– Jeff plays a Texas farmer. Needless to say, we are NOT fond of facial hair and feel that only men with facial deformities should resort to not shaving. Jeff has a perfectly nice face. Looks aside, who can forget that recent news article declaring that a man’s beard has more germs than a toilet seat!

You have to admit that Lena Dunham has a sense of humor about herself. Her CINDY CRAWFORD sweatshirt is good for an ironic laugh, especially because of who happens to be wearing it. Lena is often teased for showing way too much of her not-so-perfect body, and she has no qualms about nudity. She dismisses her numerous online haters with “People have been picking on me all my life.” Her boyfriend Jack Antonoff seems to have no complaints.

Kelsey Grammer has gotten a lot done in the sixty years he’s been around. He’s been married four times and has a total of six kids. A few years ago he started his third family with British flight attendant Kayte Walsh. He’s battled drug and alcohol addiction and spent time in rehab. He’s had two smash hit TV series – Cheers and Frasier – and keeps working, although financially he’d VERY comfortable. Kelsey loves politics and considered running for Mayor of New York. He looks happy despite all those ex-wives, and is pictured above frolicking in the ocean in Miami with his 1 year old son little Kelsey and Kayte – who looks pretty darn good.

Something awfully funny happened at the London Black Mass premier but Johnny Depp didn’t laugh when his wife Amber Heard did. Nothing new- Johnny RARELY cracks so much as a tiny grin. Could it be because his dental work is SO unphotogenic and difficult to explain? At one time it might have seemed like a good idea to get all those gold teeth – bottom and top – because Johnny so often played a pirate. Now he’s got a Mike Tyson jack-o-lantern smile that has to be disguised when he’s playing a normal person. When Johnny was younger he hated his pretty boy looks and tried to appear grungy. Now that he’s 52 he might be rethinking that idea. If you want a close look at Johnny’s dental work, google “Johnny Depp’s teeth images.”

Two of Meryl Streep’s three lookalike daughters turned up for the premier of mom’s new movie “Suffragette.” It’s a British drama about the feminist movement in the late 19th and early 20th century and – hooray- it’s directed by a WOMAN (Sarah Gavron.) Mamie Gummer, 32, above left, is making a good living as an actress – TV series, movies, and onstage. Louisa, 24, is working as a model signed with the IMG agency in NY. Side by side, they look like Good Girl and Bad Girl. Unfortunately, it looks like Mamie is wearing one of her mother’s sensible outfits.

It’s ASTONISHING how much admiration Americans have for Steve Jobs – who was THE CEO OF A LARGE (and we assume GREEDY) CORPORATION! How often are CEO’s put on a pedestal? Especially in the current political climate! (Hey – we admire him too.) Danny Boyle’s new bio of Jobs is filled with Aaron Sorkin’s clever rapid-fire dialog – words which Jobs may or may not have ever spoken. The movie presents Jobs (played excellently by Michael Fassbender) as an egomaniacal, self-serving, disloyal and downright cruel person, by all accounts. But it was implied that’s all right, because he was a “genius.” Gullible men walking out of the movie actually commented that a person as accomplished as Jobs HAD to be despicable to succeed! Does success EXCUSE being an unethical person? THAT is the nasty idea this movie suggests. Don’t believe it. And most of all, don’t use your success as an excuse for being a jerk!
Rashida Jones, 39, and her covered up boyfriend Colin Jost, 33, look like they’re pretending not to know each other in this photo. Actually, they’ve been together for over two years and have a lot in common- they both went to Harvard! Colin went from head writer on Saturday Night Live to performer and now appears on the News Update. The Parks and Recreation star’s friends say she loves his sense of humor and we imagine he’s making some amusing comments behind that scarf.

It looks like Kourtney Kardashian has absolutely no intention of taking her estranged boyfriend Scott Disick back because she seems to have hired a very cute young nanny for her kids! This leggy girl is not the type a woman with a roving boyfriend would employ. But she looks like a good companion for Kourtney – the two women took her kids, Mason and Penelope, on a shopping trip to Barneys in Beverly Hills.

Imagine the luxury of having nothing to do all day but visit the hair and nail salon, and go to the gym! Late afternoon is spent getting ready to go out for the evening. Khloe Kardashian lives a life of leisure but still manages to call attention to herself. She claims to have lost 35 pounds by doing daily workouts at the gym. If she DID lose 35 pounds, why does she walk around on a 103 degree day dressed in black from head to toe, including a jacket and an extra shirt tied around her waist? Above, she was photographed arriving at her hair salon. She says she’s so accustomed to having her hair done by someone else, that she’s forgotten how how to do it herself!
