We were startled to see this mug shot of the guy in THE OTHER CAR who was arrested with Justin Bieber for drag racing. A cutie patootie, if there ever was one! His name is Khalil Amir Sharief, but he goes by one name – Khalil. He’s a 19 year old R&B singer from Sacramento. For awhile he was signed to the Def Jam label, but no more. This negative publicity could easily boost his career – this has to be one of the sexiest mug shots EVER. Here’s Khalil’s not so great video.
