People who love leisurely French movies loaded with characters and beautiful photography – with nary a stuntman or special effect in sight – should be sure to see “I’ve loved You So Long” with Kristin Scott Thomas. She plays a woman who is released from prison after serving fifteen years and moves in with a sister who barely knows her. We KNOW a foreign movie is good when we completely forget that we’re reading subtitles. It’s an engrossing and relaxing way to spend two hours away from what has become a distressing world.
Janet you are joking about this film? You must be!
ROTFLMAO!

KILLING tommy cruise CAN BE QUITE RELAXING TOO, I’m sure!!
Yay, Janet Ebert is back. Gossip and movie reviews.
“I’ve Loved You So Long” is a special movie.
The only thing I would say to a boring movie like that is “So Long”. Also, Adios, Good-bye, See ya, Ciao, Buenos noches.
Well, I saw this in a special showing and I and the audience of 600 thought it was fabulous. Of course, it is a movie where you have to do a bit of thinking. Not your Batman type. Fantastic performances by all involved.
What ever some one is feeling and has massive ideas to bring to the table is an issue and some one making a point that life can go in a weird and yet strange direction and twist and turns and moves are made and History comes to play a part in are lives and to make a special movie based on this issues is something that is placed on the table and see what direction some one is going to make?
