We heartily approve of pregnant Halle Berry’s tasteful fashion – it’s a relief not to see skin tight dresses with a big tummy. And we also approve of her new movie “Things We Lost In The Fire” with the always brilliant Benicio Del Toro. It’s an intelligent character study and the acting is superb across the board. It IS sad, so we wouldn’t recommend that Ellen Degeneres see it this weekend. An especially nice feature of the movie is the interracial marriage that is completely matter-of-fact -it is never an issue. Halle can be really proud of this one.
To which “race” other than human, do Halle and Benicio belong?
I applaud Hollywood for seeing beyond color. Halle is strinking enough so we don’t care what color her husband was in the movie. Although that last movie she did with Willis licked.
who cares
In point of fact, in an effort not to offend the pure and elevated sensibilities of the socially-sensitive, and prior to the commencement of filming, Benicio pledged to not in any way commingle with the half of Halle Berry that is “black.”
As Benicio is “Hispanic,” but not considered “white,” Halle’s “white” side was obliged to make a complementary pledge with regard to her on-camera dealings with Mr. del Torro.
As you can imagine, all in all, it was a VERY complicated endeavor. But it did work out in the end
you can bet your bottom dollar Halle WILL make this about race
Oh, yeah, she’ll go on Oprah and it will be ALLLLL about race.
It seems like you two dolts have already made it about race since she already went on Oprah and it was all about her damn baby!!!!!
yawn!!!!!!!!!!!
