Justin Bieber isn’t feeling well, but his wife Hailey is feeling just fine, so she’s on her way to meet friends for dinner. Justin isn’t doing much socializing while he recovers from Ramsay Hunt Syndrome which left him with with half his face paralyzed so he looks a bit cockeyed.
