I love this dress. Did you see the back? It did break the rules; however, as the shape of her nipples is clearly visible under the fabric. That said, who the hell is CBS to say that nipples are obscene? The same goes for under-boob: both Alicia Keyes and Rihanna showed it during their musical performances and I believe that was mentioned in the letter.
