As we previously reported, Ellen and her wife, Portia DeRossi relocated to England for various reasons – one of the main ones was to retool and relaunch Ellen’s career. Since TV hosts in the UK don’t have to deal with puritanical American censors, Ellen is planning to be edgier and NOT the “queen of nice” she marketed herself during her daytime TV run.
