Ellen DeGeneres is enjoying her life in England and she is quietly shopping around that late night talk show she hopes to do. Her latest version will feature American celebrities but only air in the UK. As we previously reported, Ellen and her wife, Portia DeRossi relocated to England for various reasons – one of the main ones was to retool and relaunch Ellen’s career. Since TV hosts in the UK don’t have to deal with puritanical American censors, Ellen is planning to be edgier and NOT the “queen of nice” she marketed herself during her daytime TV run. My source reveals a pilot is being filmed early next year and some UK networks are interested.

Diddy people suddenly fleeing the country. I’m sure it is a coincidence.
