MEG RYAN: WHO NEEDS ACTING WHEN YOU CAN FLIP?

MOVE OVER Tarek El Moussa (from HGTV) because Meg Ryan is offering some major competition when it comes to house flipping! She’s been flipping for quite awhile, but Meg’s recent flip is worth noting. During the pandemic in Feb 2020, the When Harry Met Sally star bought a home in Montecito for $5.05 million. She moved there and started work on the house right away – that included adding walls of glass. The 4200 sq ft house on 1.5 acres has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. 18 months later she sold the house for $13.25 million! (Remember, Tarek is thrilled when a flip earns him $100,000 on Flip or ) The pandemic did not slow Meg down! She already invested the money into another Montecito home for $9.5 million and she’s hard at work on it. Who needs acting?

CHRISTINA EL MOUSSA IS READY FOR HER CLOSE-UP

Christina El Moussa has made up her mind that NOTHING is going to stop her career from going forward and she intends to continue working with her estranged husband Tarek – come what may. Their HGTV series “Flip or Flop” is a big success and it’s opened a lot of doors financially for the former couple (including real estate seminars.) Behind the scenes, Tarek has had miserable health problems to deal with – thyroid cancer, testicular cancer, and back surgery. Christina had a miscarriage and two babies to care for. As the marriage dissolved, their show was in jeopardy. Both came to their senses and are determined to carry on with the series. Their split might even increase ratings! She recently stopped dating that contractor Gary Anderson and Christina is on to bigger and better things. But why she’s dressed like this on a cold winter day in New York makes one wonder…

CAN TAREK AND CHRISTINA CONTINUE TO FLIP HOUSES WITH A FLOP MARRIAGE?

Tarek and Christina El Moussa’sFlip Or Flop” is a big success on HGTV but they’ve been hiding a secret: their “happy” marriage dissolved six months ago. Before the truth could leak out, they chose to confess to People magazine. Awhile back there was major drama when an eagle-eyed viewer advised Tarek to have a lump in his neck checked out. It turned out to be cancer and he was successfully treated. Six months ago police were called to their house because Tarek left the house with a gun and Christina feared he might be suicidal. He wasn’t, but that’s when they decided to separate. Christina admits she’s already dating someone in the “design business” so that MIGHT have something to do with the split. They both want to keep their show at HGTV and we’re guessing the ratings might go UP with people tuning in to see how they relate. So it’s not the end of the world, but sad for their young children.
