She celebrated her 28th birthday a few days ago and thanked all her fans for wishing her well by Instagramming this picture. She’s in Cabo on spring break with her family and really appears to be happy and healthy.

All those kids in Florida on spring break, and paparazzi managed to find Patrick Schwarzenegger in the massive crowd. He’s partying in Miami with a bunch of friends. Patrick seems to have gotten the best of both parents – his mother’s hair, his father’s physique and a Kennedyesque face.
