PIERCE BROSNAN: “MEN ARE WHAT THEIR MOTHERS MADE THEM”
It is said that you can learn a lot about a man by observing how he treats his mother. We’ve always found that to be true – and Pierce Brosnan, 62, is a nice example of a man who treats his mother and his women well. Pierce and his mom Mary are often photographed together – above, he took her out to lunch in Madrid. Pierce has always been kind of a one woman man- after his wife Cassandra died of cancer, the despondent actor thought he could never love again. Ten years later he married American journalist Keely Shaye Smith and they have been together through thick and thin. He seems to have little in common with James Bond.

This photo reminded us of a friend of ours who was adopted and told us that the hardest thing about being adopted was growing up and not knowing what he would look like. Birth children can just look at their parents and assume there will be similarities. But some adopted kids have no idea whether they’ll be tall or good looking or what. Pierce Brosnan‘s lucky little boys will never have to worry about that. All they have to do is look at their handsome dad.
