KANYE’S NEW NEIGHBORS ARE BRACING THEMSELVES
Kayne West just purchased a 20,000 sq. ft. (11 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms!) house above Beverly Hills in the ritzy gated community of Beverly Park North, and let’s just say some of his high-brow neighbors aren’t exactly circling with the welcome wagon. The community includes a mix of privacy-loving celebrities like Justin Bieber, Adele, and Denzel Washington, along with various business titans. According to my source, the neighbors organized an impromptu emergency meeting when word got out that Kayne was moving in. Although the homes are spread apart on large lots of land (Kayne has 7 acres) the neighborhood and HOA have strict rules and regulations, and some residents fear that Kayne’s over the top lifestyle won’t gel with theirs. While nothing can be done to stop Kayne from moving in, it’s safe to say he’s already been given a copy of the neighborhood rules, and a plan is already in place if he ISN’T in compliance.
