GWEN AND BLAKE BOUGHT THE ULTIMATE DREAM HOUSE!

Even a pandemic can’t stop celebrities from buying and selling real estate. Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton have been together for a few years, and they just took a BIG step and bought their FIRST house together and it’s a winner! The best part is- it’s BRAND NEW and no one has ever lived there! According to Variety, the 13000 sq ft Encino hilltop home on 1.6 acres has EVERYTHING – including a state of the art home theater. The builder was asking 14 million and Gwen and Blake talked him down to 13.2 million. Nice way to start a life together…

PHARRELL WILLIAMS WILL BE ISOLATING IN THE LAP OF LUXURY

We always knew that Pharrell Williams was a fashionista (besides looking good, he has a number of fashion businesses and collaborations) but we never would have guessed he preferred to live in an opulent mansion. According to Variety, Pharrell rushed to close a 30 million dollar deal to purchase this fancy residence in Coral Gables, Florida, because he wants to move RIGHT IN and quarantine there in luxury. The house sits on 3.5 acres, has over 17,000 sq ft, 9 bedrooms, 11.5 baths, and every luxury you can imagine, including an elevator. Not bad for a family of six. (Pharrell and his wife Helen have one son and a set of triplets.)

JUSTIN BIEBER BEHIND CLOSED DOORS

You‘d never guess by looking at Justin Bieber that the place where he lives is a pigpen. The singer always looks clean and presentable in public. But a source who visited his Calabasas mansion told Mike Walker at The Enquirer that the outside of his house is quite impressive, but the INSIDE is a NIGHTMARE- like a flophouse. The only furnished rooms are Justin’s bedroom and another small room. The rest of the house is filthy and littered with fast food wrappers, pizza boxes and paper cups. Dirty clothes are strewn about and Justin’s “moochers’ have dirty comforters and pillows on the floor where they sleep. His housekeepers can’t keep up with Justin’s loud and messy hangers-on. Maybe it’s time for mom Pattie to pay a visit.
