Here’s something you don’t hear very often… get ready to see A LOT LESS of one particular Kardashian. The family found fame by exposing every aspect of their lives to reality TV cameras, but now Kourtney Kardashian Barker is planning to lie low until the birth of her son. According to a family insider, Kourtney, 44,  has been advised to slow down and was prescribed extended bed rest as her pregnancy progresses. Given her age and the grueling IVF treatments Kourtney underwent, her doctors want her to spend the last trimester taking it as easy as possible. The source says that Kourtney is planning to follow that advice so she’s cleared her schedule of all work and social obligations.

SCOTT DISICK NEEDS CHEERING UP

Now that Kourtney Kardashian is having a baby with her husband Travis Barker, her family has been constantly checking up on her ex, Scott Disick. It’s no secret that Scott has been heartbroken ever since Kourtney married Travis. According to our source, he always held out hope that one day they’d get back together. Now that Kourtney is pregnant with Travis’s baby, the Kardashians fear that this could put the already fragile and depressed Scott over the edge. He also looks like he’s packed on more than a few pounds. When they’re not in front of all the cameras that follow them around, the Kardashians are doing everything they can to keep Scott’s spirits up.

Looks like Tommy Hilfiger wanted to get maximum press coverage at his New York Fashion week show so he invited Kourtney and Travis Barker and wrapped them up in clothes lavishly covered with his initials, and plopped them into the front row. They proceeded to smooch and cameras quickly appeared. You can also see Travis’s 16 year old daughter Alabama looking over dad’s shoulder. Tommy Hilfiger has always had a rather Ivy League image – kind of a lower budget Ralph Lauren. So he must be looking to attract a new element…

Looks like Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker won’t be having trouble blending their families. Kourtney celebrated her 43rd birthday this week and Travis’s daughter Alabama, 16, and his step-daughter Atiana De La Hoya, 23, both posted this affectionate birthday greeting for Kourtney. Alabama is Travis’s daughter with his ex Shanna Moakler, and Atiana is his stepdaughter (her dad is Shanna’s ex-husband boxer Oscar De la Hoya) Both girls seem to enjoy hanging out and shopping with Kourtney. In the photo above all three are wearing that Yeezy Gap jacket that Kanye designed. Drummer Travis Barker is a changed man. And it looks like he has Kourtney Kardashian to thank for these changes. His 2008 plane crash that landed him horribly burned in the hospital for 11 weeks undergoing 27 surgeries, left him with a fear of flying, and suicidal. He became a recluse. That is, until he started spending more time with old friend Kourtney. Their friendship developed into romance, and with her, he’s flying again.
