IVANKA TRUMP HOPES TO RETRIEVE HER SOCIAL STATUS

As we already told you, Ivanka Trump REALLY wants her old life back. Her reputation seems forever tarnished by the shameful antics of her father, former President Donald Trump. Ivanka has distanced herself from her dad, refusing to be a part of his upcoming 2024 presidential campaign. AND she figured out a way to get back with the A-list crowd. Behind closed doors, she’s working on launching an exclusive social club, similar to Soho House. The first location would be in Miami where she lives now, and it would be members only by invitation only. Ivanka hopes she’ll be able to get back into the good graces of her former social crowd if she’s controlling the door of what could be the hottest club in town.

IVANKA TRUMP WANTS HER LIFE BACK

Ivanka Trump is going on tour, an apology tour! Ivanka realizes she committed social suicide when she was heavily involved during her father’s tumultuous time in office. When Donald first announced his 2016 candidacy, Ivanka didn’t think her father had much of a chance of capturing the White House, so she played along. Once he became president, she got actively involved, hoping to be a calming influence on the vortex of craziness he created. Ivanka recently announced that she’s NOT going to play active part in her father‘s 2024 presidential campaign, because she’s trying to reclaim her social standing in New York! One by one she’s been slowly reaching out to former friends, trying to give her side of the story, and offering her apologies for any of her missteps. She’s in a tough place, because she loves her dad, but she really misses her glamour social life. An insider says that some friends are receptive to rekindling their friendships, but others still refuse to give her the time of day.

IVANKA TRUMP’S SHATTERED DREAMS

We were surprised to hear that Ivanka Trump considered going to Joe Biden’s inauguration even though her father wasn’t going. She felt it might make her look like a good sport and help her “future political ambitions.” Yes, she hoped to run for President someday! When her father was elected, Ivanka gave up her fashion business and became a Senior Advisor to the President- and she LOVED her new career. Last week’s drama made it unlikely that she would even be INVITED to the pared-down inauguration and she gave up that idea. Insiders say she remains optimistic that she will have a political career in spite of the toxicity of her family name. Others say Ivanka and her husband Jared Kushner’s reputations are damaged beyond repair.

Ivanka Trump is quite beautiful, but she probably wouldn’t make it as an actress because she isn’t a “lollipop” – she doesn’t have a big head and a tiny body. Today she needed extra security to watch her exit her New York apartment because she was on her way to a political conference (in a $4000 outfit) and she’s been inundated by women – some movie stars – asking her to support the Kavanaugh accusors and stand up for women. What’s a girl to do?

CAN IVANKA TRUMP’S FASHION COLLECTION SURVIVE THE PRESIDENCY?

Can the fact that Ivanka Trump’s fashion collections are being dropped by upscale department stores be chalked up to customers who don’t want to support the name? One would have thought that the new and constant exposure to Ivanka wearing her own designs would INCREASE demand. Didn’t happen. But Nordstrom dropped her clothing and shoe collection due to “poor sales.” Neiman Marcus followed suit with her jewelry collection. Things are going downhill fast. It took Ivanka five years to build her successful clothing company and her father’s Presidency may have turned her name to poison to some customers. Would YOU mind flashing the Trump label in your coat?

Ivanka is the girl who has everything: a sterling education, a modeling career, a job as Executive Vice President of Development & Acquisitions at The Trump Organization, plus a TV show, Celebrity Apprentice. (And don’t forget the wealthy husband and baby on the way.) Donald did something right.

We are utterly fascinated by this stunning picture of Ivanka Trump leaving Hyde Saturday night. She is completely covered up in a beautifully tailored loose fitting coat and simple pumps with her hair pulled back. Audrey Hepburn revisited? She looks finishing school elegant – and the polar opposite of many young women who stumble out of the club in tiny skirts, flimsy tops and loads of hair extensions. Donald did SOMETHING right.
